tweenie - 03 Jan 2008 13:18 - 25398 of 27111

Having been taken for a surpise break to New York State, over the festive period by the better half, I return to loads of pages. Glad some of the old faces have reappeared.
Hello, and best wishes for the new year to you all.
Have'nt really had time other than to glance over previous pages , But- ahem, still no news.
I see the ghosts of Xmas past have also resurfaced bringing their festive cheer and 'enlightened' advice.
to you I say...Yes I'm still happy to clutch at staws, No I won't be selling any time soon. It's my money and if i decide to flush it down the toilet that i've got no one to blame but myself.

On a more positive note , whilst out there got dragged to WALMART by my daughter in law. Had quite an interesting chat with the store manager re packaging (sad -I know) but he did know who Stanelco was and yes Walmart are pushing GREEN in a big way- so hopefully even those muppets in Southampton should be able to flog something to someone soon. Theres something about a scorecard? that they have re packaging and being green and SEO is viewed vavourably... I have'nt seen it so I guess it's hearsay... unless someone knows better.

all the best to you all. have a stinking case of MAN FLU and JetLAg.. off to bed.
BE LUCKY
;-)

Happy New Year Tweenie et al. I hope you don't mind me picking this one up Tweenie - you said "Yes I'm still happy to clutch at staws", does this mean that SEO have produced a straw so biodegradable that even the words straws begins to disappear? ;o)

PATISEAR - 03 Jan 2008 14:36 - 25400 of 27111

tweenie

"quite interesting chat with the store manager re packaging"

Was the store manager 'Hispanic' ?
as ''SEO is viewed vavourably... ''

Thanks for your news.
And a HNY to you all.

greekman - 03 Jan 2008 15:45 - 25401 of 27111

Hi Tweenie,

Hope you didn't spend up.
As to the scorecard comment, it is genuine as it has been mentioned in the British media. Not sure which company/institution mentioned it first but Walmart/Asda Tesco and Morrisons have all mentioned their intentions to use the system in the near future. There is some info re this on the www but not anything specific I could find as a bit busy today.
I think (but am not certain) that I read somewhere that the government would legislate that all food producers will have to have a scorecard system.
As for SEO getting on board, I have little faith that they are up with others in the field, but who knows they may surprise us yet.

Ah sigh !, I can see this thread turning around once again to suit the rampers,
this stock is like sticking your fingers in the electrical socket and enjoying it.

PATISEAR - 03 Jan 2008 18:34 - 25403 of 27111

Could you please demonstrate.

waveydavey - 04 Jan 2008 00:06 - 25404 of 27111

LOL.
I'd love to see a demo also.
You could change your name to 'plasma' field for added effect.
:-))))

oblomov - 04 Jan 2008 09:18 - 25405 of 27111

You've got it slightly wrong, rf. It's certainly like sticking your fingers (well, more like your willy, really) in the electrical socket - but I don't know of any investors who are enjoying it!

waveydavey - 04 Jan 2008 16:29 - 25406 of 27111

I think the websites had some more cash spent on it.
still no sign of any sales.
I could'nt find the answer to
"WTF have we been doing for the past 12 months with your money?"
under the FAQ's.

tweenie - 07 Jan 2008 15:25 - 25407 of 27111

glad to see all the rampings working well.
Ob....truer words were never spoken.
:-)

Balerboy - 07 Jan 2008 22:37 - 25408 of 27111

lostalot - 08 Jan 2008 10:34 - 25410 of 27111

How can they be down 231.9 % I was under the impresion the a 100% fall is the maxium......lol

Well here's to hoping we get a great closing statement

kimoldfield - 08 Jan 2008 10:37 - 25411 of 27111

"Well here's to hoping we get a great closing statement"

Let's hope it's not "We are closed"!

oblomov - 08 Jan 2008 11:04 - 25412 of 27111

lostalot,

By the normal and accepted rules of mathematics a 100% fall is the maximum possible. However, SEO being a very special case, at a meeting of the worlds leading mathematicians in Mumbai last year is was agreed that logic dictated that the drop in share price of SEO being of such monumental proportions justified a change of thinking.

It was decided that in all other calculations in the universe the maximun drop would remain 100% but in the case of SEO they would allow up tp 500% and would keep an eye on the situation with a view to changing this to infinity if needed.

Keep up.

hewittalan6 - 08 Jan 2008 11:06 - 25413 of 27111

LOL.
Love it...............

BAYLIS - 08 Jan 2008 11:47 - 25414 of 27111

ITS NOT 500%. SEO CASE ITS 1000%. CHECK THE PRICE 0.025

China's central government urges restricted use of plastic shopping bags
AFX

BEIJING (XFN-ASIA) - The State Council, or the cabinet, has issued a circular calling for the restricted production, sale and use of plastic shopping bags in a bid to save natural resources and curb pollution.

Production of plastic bags with thickness less than 0.025 millimeter will be forbidden beginning from June 1, the central government said in a statement.

Shoppers using plastic bags will also be required to pay for the bags from June 1, which are usually provided by the retailers for free, the state council added.
