I have created this new thread so that anyone who is interested in attending a celebration lunch, day out, whatever to celebrate TMC's share price reaching 20, can register their interest and voice an opinion on what they would like to do.
When,.......Obviously timing is not yet known.
Where,......Somewhere pretty central to most posters.
Who,.........Is it just investors, or do we include other halves.
What,........Theme park, slap up lunch, piss up.
Any ideas, put them forward on this thread and we can all openly discuss options and formulate a day of celebration.

looking very good today, still think Daintree will be bidding at multiples of todays price. Just think last rns was put out to take off the froth, rocket job if they rns more buying, also ENK going nicely which may see them try and muscle in with an all paper bid - possibly the more likely outcome. Excellent value considering the amounts of cash being chucked in here a few weeks ago at around 45p.

strong rumour ENK to make an all share offer, hmmm makes sense. Also advfn poster sold 100000 above bid and was told buyer was interested in more. I presume Daintree were buying again today so another rns and it is firworks time. Just a matter of time till a bid and close to 100p imo. Keep a watching.

closing market report 27th April
"Finally Toledo Mining corp (LSE:TMC) was in demand on persistent talk of stakebuilding and a possible bid, the share price increase was also supported by hefty volume."

Kate, before the current bid speculation this share used to jump 30p on 100,000 shares traded, give or take a few.

those were the days then!!
I think something was leaked over the weekend here as this was hot from the open and i still think we could see a right knockout price if (but probably when) bid arrives. Busy today so can't really track much, good luck folks.

some big trades in this last week and went red to blue friday, interest should now return to this stock as ENK are free to bid after the 23rd May (they'd have to pay over 200p if they'd bid before this date). I see it's dropped from 44p to present 31.5p this last few weeks, time to get back in i believe, it's too cheap again especially with Daintree on board with their 20% stake and ENK with their 20%, nice rally in Nickel last few weeks as well. I still think long term and a world recovery we could see 350p+ but i suspect we will see these bought out long before then.

Certainly got a feeling we may see Daintree increasing towards the 23rd May that is for sure.

think this may run to 50p+ this week, loads of buying. First tree shake has yielded very few sells for the marketmakers i see.

Thats when ENK can bid without having to pay 2 per share as that is the highest price they have paid during the last 12 months.

Why would ENK want to bid ? Its fine having a damn good ramp saying that they can from this date, but why on earth would they ?
TMC is shut dow and now just burning cash, the more cash they burn the weaker they are and the cheaper they are to buy or take out of administration.
So, why should ENK want to buy now, or simply just wait until TMC becomes weaker and also therefore, cheaper ?

Hi PP, I never said they would bid, but merely answered a question for marni. I agree entirely with you regarding the position that TMC are in, but this is about speculation surrounding Daintree whoever they are. This reflects however much you like or dislike the stock, in a rapid increase or decrease in the sp whenever people trade in what is after all a tightly held stock.
I dont ramp, but tell as I see it. If you read through this thread you will realise this.
