High's and lows of 2007 :- invested well in asos and still climbing - high. invested in stanelco ............ so low it's of the scale, sob. Maybe it will be 2008's high lol.

I hold just 100 shares as a reminder and lesson learnt these are now 231.9% down after cutting my losses!!..

How can they be down 231.9 % I was under the impresion the a 100% fall is the maxium......lol

By the normal and accepted rules of mathematics a 100% fall is the maximum possible. However, SEO being a very special case, at a meeting of the worlds leading mathematicians in Mumbai last year is was agreed that logic dictated that the drop in share price of SEO being of such monumental proportions justified a change of thinking.

It was decided that in all other calculations in the universe the maximun drop would remain 100% but in the case of SEO they would allow up tp 500% and would keep an eye on the situation with a view to changing this to infinity if needed.

China's central government urges restricted use of plastic shopping bags

BEIJING (XFN-ASIA) - The State Council, or the cabinet, has issued a circular calling for the restricted production, sale and use of plastic shopping bags in a bid to save natural resources and curb pollution.

Production of plastic bags with thickness less than 0.025 millimeter will be forbidden beginning from June 1, the central government said in a statement.

Shoppers using plastic bags will also be required to pay for the bags from June 1, which are usually provided by the retailers for free, the state council added.

You guys/gals in the assylum know more about this share than anybody . Can you tell me if I am right in saying that the cash in their accounts as at 30/6/07 was greater than the market value of the company? If so .....?

can't see the trades at the moment but was it a buy or a sell or some sort of other transfer? not even an idiot would spend 200k on a new investment in SEO unless either

a/ they knew something we didn't or
b/ they were thinking of taking the business over, if which is the case they have a long way to go.

According to my calculation the market capitalisation of SEO is 7million and as at 30/06/07 they had cash of 9million.
