John Hi,
ADVFN and MoneyAM mobile both show no sell volume, but I haven't had time to look closely at the trades myself, the ask is marked up way above the mid at 10.50(just this second dropped to 10.25 !), suggesting big buy order(s), and the MM's are trying to create selling, without more buying, so that they can fill the order(s).
I don't think the price will stay this low for much longer, as everyone knows the YOO growth is still there, and profit probably is too, and when the results arrive, the S.P will be 15p maybe 20p, so the profit is there to be had, it might take a week, it might take a month, but it's there all the same :)
Cheers,
PM

britishbulls was so wrong with EVS, but with YOO with eps of 2p next year on a share price of 10.5p that is stating the obvious that YOO is a buy. britishbulls tips so many shares they are bound to get it right ocassionally.

Looks like those who held on as long as they could for the price to fall back to the 5p - 8p range have well and truly missed the boat now, unless they got in yesterday, the chances of sub 10p could now be gone forever.
It is widely known that the results are going to look good, in comparison to the end of year results without doubt - and still the current price does not reflect what i think we are going to hear in the trading statement looking forward to 2006.
EVO last forcast for 2006 - EPS of 2p share, is well and truly out of date, when you consider the William Hill contract will not kick in until 2006, already William Hill has RNS this week to confirm that Channel 425 and its iTV services will be available in the shops, also, don't forget that since that 2006 forecast, the William Hill contract has greatly enlarged due to their takeover of Stanley Leisure, with the NHS direct contract, via BSKYB due to become more income generating next year, and the C5 Partnership not even costed into those forecasts, as well as the enhancements to Dateline & Avago - the EPS could easily double, and at a PE Ratio of somewhere in the region of 30 - 50, to reflect the massive growth in the UK over the last 3 years, from 300K turnover per annum, to 300 K per day turnover - this really puts Yoomedia's growth into perspective.
In my opinion, way underpriced at present, but am sure a lot of rectification will take place after the results, and through 2006, DYOR - there is plenty out there - DTV & iTV is going to be a fast emerging sector, and Yoomedia are nicely placed at present, with a whole host of high profile clients, which seams to be growing monthly - and that is the type of thing that will get them noticed - poker may have started to get saturated on the internet, but it has barely started on the more popular medium of iTV, and Yoomedia are way ahead of the likes of Sportingbet in this area, don't forget, Yoomedia not only have their own Poker Channel, but are also provideing services to The Poker Channel, as well as William Hill via channel 425 - all this I am sure has not even been factored into the current price.
A little more patience, and by the year end, the fruits of those patience will be well and truly start to roll in IMHO - DYOR.

50 straight buy transactions (1,696,000 shares)in a row since 10.30 am. not one sell. There is a lot of very positive activity here.Kind of brightens the day up. I was in at 23p and thought they would go multiple then( over a period of time). Thanks to the bad press i had a chance to average down and buy at 4p. mactavish , your post very helpful and constructive, thanks.
I think this is one to hold long term and is one of those rare opportunities where a small shareholder could just make a massive profit.IMO

RNS from ITV this morning:-
ITV and BBC to Launch Freesat
RNS Number:9337Q
ITV PLC
07 September 2005
ITV ANNOUNCES NEW DIGITAL MOVES
ITV & BBC TO LAUNCH FREESAT
ITV today announced a new service that will further strengthen its position in
the digital environment.
ITV and the BBC are working together to develop a new free digital satellite
service - project title "Freesat" - to complement the hugely popular Freeview
service.
Freesat will enable viewers to access subscription-free digital television via
satellite and will be aimed primarily at people in the UK currently unable to
access Freeview.
As part of the development of Freesat, ITV is also announcing that it intends to
start broadcasting ITV channels unencrypted - 'in the clear' - within the next
few months on digital satellite television. ITV has consulted all relevant
rights holders.
The free satellite service will initially carry all ITV and BBC free-to-view
digital services including digital television, digital radio, electronic
programme guide, and interactive services, in addition to dozens of other
free-to-air channels. The project aims to be operational within the first half
of 2006.
Charles Allen, Chief Executive of ITV said:
"As the UK's largest and most popular commercial broadcaster we want our
channels to be available to as many people as possible, regardless of
technological and geographical constraints. As we move from an analogue to a
digital environment, Freesat - and Freeview - will enable every family in the UK
to enjoy a wide range of quality channels for free.
"Today's announcement significantly strengthens ITV's digital presence and we
are delighted to be taking a leading role in the marketing and development of
free digital television."
As ITV published strong financial results, the company also announced a new
mobile portal and broadband trial, developed by ITV's Consumer Division (ITVC)
to help grow consumer revenue outside free-to-air advertising.
ITV MOBILE
ITV Mobile will work on all WAP enabled phones, giving it almost complete market
penetration. The first phase, launched today, will allow consumers to:
* Get highlights or made-for-mobile footage from their favourite shows such
as This Morning, Coronation Street, and I'm A Celebrity, Get Me Out Of Here!
* Get the latest on ITV's soaps and dramas and keep up with showbiz news and
gossip
* Get up to date news, sport and weather and sign up for alerts
* Enter exclusive competitions to win fantastic prizes
* Get the latest games, ringtones and wallpapers to customise their mobile
* Plan their viewing with a complete TV guide on their mobile and never miss
their favourite show with a TV reminder service.
The second phase, which is planned for January 2006, will contain services such
as unique video content. The mobile service will be backed by a widespread
consumer marketing campaign later this Autumn.
ITV LOCAL
ITV is a trial broadband service due to commence in the next few weeks. It will
offer a local television interface for viewers in the Brighton and Hastings
areas. It will contain local news and weather, community activities, travel and
property advertising and ITV entertainment content. As a commercial service it
will also offer advertising for local businesses as well as local classified
ads.
Jeff Henry, Chief Executive of ITVC, said.
"These two initiatives demonstrate the strength of ITV at both a macro and micro
level. Twenty years ago the level of TV interaction with viewers was - 'send us
an answer on a postcard' - today we are able to capitalise on the technological
developments of digital television and other devices.
"Our new mobile portal and our broadband trials demonstrate that ITV has a clear
vision and strategy to deliver commercially focused applications to consumers."
