Good to meet again, old friend stockdog. Still as wise as ever I see. Having just popped back in, I am wondering whether they have any products of their own which have potential. Biotech is really a trade investment and SEO seem to have been barred from exploiting it by lack of full ownership. Is there anything in Aerosol.
It is obviously easy to bash management but haven't they inherited the results of the discredited crew who were running the business. The real strength of SEO was as a technology company. Have they lost the skills that, for instance, produced the optic fibre product range? If they have either (a) any product with potential left, (b) any skills that can produce product under competent management, then SEO could be a buy at the present price. What does the wise old dog bark to that?

My council has just stepped up its recycling strategy and has introduced weekly recycling collection, with a total of 4 different services:
1) Food & garden waste
2) Mixed dry recyclables
3) Nappies
4) All other waste
We now have to move with the times, which means buying another bin and using a suitable biodegrable liner as recommned:
Bin liners and sacks
Please DO NOT put plastic bin liners, sacks or bags in your green bin as they cannot be composted.
You can wrap food waste in newspapers, kitchen towels or paper bags. If you need to line your bin, use compostable paper or constarch bags.
There is no real difference between paper and constarch bags. Both are compostable and suitable for use with your food and garden waste.
So I will be hot-footing it to Sainsbury's to purchase a pack of biodegrable refuse sacks..........I wonder who supplies them?

It looks like it's some Chinese company, so it won't be Sphere or Stanelco:

how if Barclays buy shares does the sp drop?
they have been steadily increasing their holding for several months whilst the sp has continually dropped.
They own a substantial share of SpHERE (30% ish)
if SPHERE buy up SEO (only speculating) or all of BIOTEC on the cheap who benefits the most? why has there been no sales and only a drive to keep costs down? just whose 'best interests' is P MINES and current management working for?
gotta love those Bankers.
Would'nt hold my breath for the FSA doing anything about it.
As I said just idle speculation and food for thought...and to add to your sleepless nights
SOLD by XMAS??
