You're right Driver, anyhow at least I'm in profit which is more than I can say for some of my more "interesting" (volatile) shares.

ITV COMMISSIONS NEW FLAGSHIP PRE-SCHOOL PROGRAMME FROM ENTERTAINMENT RIGHTS
Entertainment Rights Plc ('ER'), one of the UK's leading independent media
groups specialising in children's and family programming, characters and brands,
today announces that leading UK broadcaster, ITV has secured the UK broadcast
rights to ER's brand new television series Jim Jam & Sunny. ITV has commissioned
ER to produce 260 x 11 minute episodes to appear both on ITV1 and its new
dedicated children's digital channel, CiTV. ER owns all rights worldwide in
perpetuity to the Jim Jam & Sunny brand.
This agreement represents a significant programming commitment from ITV which is
positioning Jim Jam & Sunny as the flagship live-action children's show on ITV1
and the CiTV channel. Terrestrial broadcast on ITV1 is due to commence from
Autumn 2006 and Jim Jam & Sunny will also be rolled-out on the new CiTV channel
where it will air daily. CiTV can be accessed by over 6 million viewers on
Freeview, where it will be the only free-to-air commercial channel, as well as
on all the main digital television platforms in the UK - Sky, Telewest and NTL
Cable. This multi broadcast platform gives Jim Jam & Sunny maximum audience
exposure.
Jim Jam & Sunny will be produced by ER's wholly owned subsidiary, Tell-Tale
Productions ('Tell-Tale'). Acquired by ER in September 2004, Tell-Tale has an
enviable track record in producing internationally successful children's
programming. Tell-Tale produced the biggest ever pre-school commission with the
phenomenally successful Tweenies. Jim Jam & Sunny's live action format will
utilise this production expertise and will feature an ambitious life-sized set
with specialised animatronics and digital technology creating an innovative and
groundbreaking look. Each episode consists of a collection of interactive
stories, activities, songs, animated segments and games that can be tailored for
specific audiences, time slots and media platforms creating maximum exploitation
adaptability in the new digital media world.
Jim Jam & Sunny will commence production in early 2006 and ER will launch a full
consumer products campaign, online campaign and DVD release programme for the
brand based on this key broadcast platform. Jim Jam & Sunny will launch
internationally at international television market MIP TV in April 2006.
Mike Heap, CEO of Entertainment Rights said:
'Jim Jam & Sunny is one of the first new shows to be commissioned by ITV for
both CiTV and ITV1. We are delighted to be partnering with ITV following their
increased commitment to children's programming and the exciting launch of their
stand alone, dedicated children's digital channel, CiTV. Jim Jam & Sunny is a
multidimensional brand with application across a whole range of global
multimedia platforms beyond television which include interactive, music
downloads and games, live events and hand held devices. We have no doubt that
this ground-breaking pre-school show will engage generations of children around
the world.'

I'm here, Driver, I'm here!!!
Other than my hols I have actually been watching this one (I also watch Postman Pat and am a member of the Jess fan club).
I was a little sceptical at first of this one but my interest has been renewed since getting back. Looking at the trend, I think this is one where I will try to get in soon on any sign of weakness in the sp, and I regret not having got in earlier when you drew my attention to it!! ERT have apparantly now done the one thing that can make mega bucks in this field, and got a merchandisible series in Jim Jam & Sunny. Something I was never convinced Postman Pat could be.
A good tip, an entertaining thread, and a gentleman of a host. What else could I desire!!

Gonna sit that one out, Driver. Looks a bit like its peaked for a while. Might put it on my watchlist for the second half of the year, as this sort of company should rise at the back end of the year on Christmas anticipation.
Best of luck to you, Andy and any others who are aboard but I don't think this ones for me, though I still hope you all make a killing.

Basil Brush is the Strongest Link!
Basil Brush was the strongest link on the Weakest Link panto special on Saturday 10th December.
Basil beat off stiff opposition from panto favourites including Christopher Biggins, Warwick Davies and Amanda Barrie to win 10,900 for the Blue Peter Treasure Trail Appeal.
Good old Basil.
