ASOS have dropped quite significantly in the past week for no particular reason and I view this as the perfect opportunity to invest as I can see them bouncing right back up to the 5.50p mark in the next 2-3 weeks. STRONG BUY!!

By Heath Aston ASOS, the online fashion retailer favoured by the under-30s, is set for a big international push which could include the US.
The fast-growing company is expected to unveil its long-awaited international expansion strategy this week when it reports record annual profits and stunning first-quarter trading with sales growth above 100 per cent.
The City expects a pre-tax profit for the year to the end of April of 14 million, up from 7.3 million in 2007/08. ASOS has given no firm indication where it will move first but chief executive Nick Robertson gave a clue recently when he said: Dont think Im not looking at the success of Topshop in New York thinking right, thats me all over.
Former finance director Jon Kamaluddin was recently appointed to the role of international director to spearhead the expansion.
Analysts say ASOS annual sales could top 400 million within three years from an estimated 165 million in 2008/09.

so KBCP feel ..... it will be interesting to see what the balance of the press and brokers have to say ...... for myself, i bought a few more late this afternoon ... it would have been a few more, but i couldn't fill the whole order at the price i wanted

putting fundys aside, chart wise this looks double toppy to me . i agree with KBCP its a hold, but not yet a sell. it is also not yet a buy based upon my chart intrpretation. big resistance at 400 as well as at the double top level, potential black swan in background maybe? just my opinion

cor! .... innit just!!
looks as though i called that one wrong, though the fall may prove short-lived.
from our biz (chemicals), it looks very much as though economic activity is indeed starting up again, and ASC has caught the imagination of the retails public.
the figures were very good indeed whichever way you look at them, so arguably, this weakness is a good buying opportunity

In words that a novice like me can understand, when results are so good and the company planning expansion, why is RF correct and we mocked him? have just topped up at 3.39p and am quite happy to hold but don't understand the market view.
