Bunny's Beer Basement (BEER)

stockbunny - 30 Dec 2008 08:02

OK temporary accomodation for us ex-pats of Spacie's coffee house that is sadly now boarded up and in memory of Goldie's old pad the tearooms.

No fancy stuff, as this is temporary until we find a nice new place but it's warm down here with the fire and aga and I've organised a daily guinness, lager and wine delivery. There is a small kitchen in the corner and a few comfy cosy armchairs.

So feel free to take refuge when you need a break - self-service generally I'm afraid but when I can I'll rustle up a meal :>)

Wow! My Danish is still here, untouched! (Munch, munch) Mmm, tasty. Thanks Bunny!

Nah KEAYDIAN, Santa told me last year that I could have anything I wanted this year. (Scribble, scribble.....list growing longer.)

You are too late to be Poet Laureate Tabby. Mind you, your ditty is more cheerful than Kay Ryan's Christmas offering!!

I'll just sit over here. (Yowwwww!) Well, I've found the holly anyway :o(

KEAYDIAN - 10 Dec 2009 12:39 - 2587 of 4886

Anyone seen my holly?

kimoldfield - 10 Dec 2009 12:45 - 2588 of 4886

Yes! There's some here, here and here!

Socrates - 10 Dec 2009 13:00 - 2589 of 4886

When I lived in Cheltenham, practically everytree had mistletoe growing in it. Down here in east Kent, I haven't seen any. I do have a holly tree in my garden, with berries.

kimoldfield - 10 Dec 2009 13:57 - 2590 of 4886

There are a few trees with mistletoe in them up here in North Wales. I'm not going to climb them however! There is a lot growing in the apple trees at National Trust property Erddig Hall. Not supposed to cut it though. ;o)

Spaceman - 10 Dec 2009 15:50 - 2591 of 4886

Any Mince pies left?

The escape is going well so far at the airport and checked in, bye bye Athens ....... I wont miss you.

kimoldfield - 10 Dec 2009 16:38 - 2592 of 4886

Well done Spacie, keep looking over your shoulder!

I've just put some mince into pastry cases and stuffed 'em in the oven. (Sniff, sniff) Hmm, strange....they smell like meat pies not mince pies. Have I done something wrong?

robertalexander - 11 Dec 2009 22:33 - 2593 of 4886
