The trades appear "real" - so presumably someone could be buying any distressed stock with Bio-Plastic anywhere near the "products we sell" literature - and that's it. Sure a t/o is a possibility but soon they'll have to address the fact this outfit is Dull, Dull, Dull . . . . . . but it's exciting to watch!

BPRG has changed its name and little else - it's now Meldex - a real stunner of a name - really says it all.

including plus market trades thats 100m traded so far today !!!!

There is nothing to substantiate this rise in SP, so I expect a retracement after results, especially as I assume there will be no fireworks in them and simply a little more "jam tomorrow" and a request for patience!

I believe this is the work of day-tarders.

More value as a cash(less?) shell with a full listing than a plastic bag seller IMHO!

Just for my peace of mind, I'd like to believe the background noise is day-traders, so lets say of the 130m shares traded so far a significant portion imo is day-trading.

Of course, with the sudden rise, there is also the element of the opportunist investor/punter, etc, etc....

This will be included in ftse 100 soon, please... those who have enjoyed the rise from a very low start... think about profit taking !

As I type, SEO appear to be in some kind of auction position again, with the spread reversed.

Only about 140 trading days with similar s/p rises as today and we're back at 28 p p/s again-(Better shut up b4 they put me in my straight jacket again)

This stock (at the moment) is only good for one thing, buying and selling short term, long term what does this offer ?..... diddly squat (some people might say) !

I thought .0075 was a barrier earlier today, twice we breached it and fell back. Probably 1p will be a phsycological point for locking in some of the rise.

My doubling up on Friday morning is reducing my losses here considerably. Still 6 figures, but now it starts with a 2.

Tonyrelaxes- I used the actual increase p/s not the % increase. Eitherway who gives a toss whether it is 21 days or 140 days cos unfortunately we will both be wrong

This is my latest take, for what it's worth!

With the sp rises over the last couple of days there has to be something positive in the wind. Reason being is this, Stanelco are required to release an RNS explaining such SP, movement. If there is no practical reason (speculation by the market) they would have to state as much, BUT they haven't so to me there must be something happening that they can't state due to confidentiality, or to do so would jeopardize a possible deal. The RNS re speculation plastics is a none news worthy item as far as I'm concerned, IE to me doesn't explain the huge SP movement.
So what they are not saying, says it all, If you see what I mean.

The question I want the answer to is who is buying them all?
No RNS about a change in shareholding, but surely it cannot be spread over several institutions / large shareholders so as not to trigger a 3% notification or 1% change.
