I'm sure all is tickety-boo when there is a connection, much like the paperless office. Visited my local bank yesterday to sort out my identity - even though I've been with them since I was a child, the system was down - none of the required forms or records were available. In the old days at the least they kept your details in a shoebox.

Those days are very long gone KidA! The customer was always right, now always wrong, you used to be a face and a name which could be recalled when the banker saw your signature, then you became a number, now you are just a fingerprint or a voice with no purpose other than to access your account if the system is not down! :o)
