Andy - sneaky way of putting it but I would never give credit to a thief that stole my car and souped it up to run faster, even if I did get a better vehicle returned to me :)
BPRG have a lot of other technologies and in any case all SEO did was to perfect a sealing method for one of them, an idea thought of by BPRG but for which they did not have the RF expertise. BPRG have since developed another way anyway and Wyeth are looking at that now. The point of the court case was a matter of principle but also I suspect to prevent a competitor (Cardinal) stealing a march with stolen property. Don't forget Wyeth are also a Cardinal customer.
I agree the CEO's sale was untimely!
Anyway, as you say, SEO are developing other technologies albeit all at trial stage. I hope they succeed for the investors' sake. Good luck with it.

No Bosley, I am not sitting on a 50% loss (but some johnny-come-latelies are) as I have been in since mid-2003 but you are entitled to fire that one at us. SEO's and BPRG's charts are like the proverbial whore's drawers. Currently, we are around the ankles while you are up past the knees.......!

yes we are bones, getting ever closer to the taste of honey!!! mmmmmmmmmmm!!!i should also point out that seo packaging technology is long past trial stage . it is being used by packaging companies, such as grampian foods. its on full scale trials with asda , yes , but as far i am concerned , all trials have been successful so far. also if a thief did steal my car and souped it up for me i would certainly give him credit.

Not sure SEO thieved this anyway, they were approached in the first place.
Either way, when it's all done Both SEO and BPRG should move forward as both have good products. This should reward loyal holders of both.
Note that both companies have seniors taking options and selling shares, although this can appear sneaky, taking "options" does provide capital for the companies and the individuals may have to sell straight away to fund them in the first place?

why do peeps keep saying all at trial stage..........
as far as i can tell Reiser isn't a trial, its conversion of minimum 100
machines in the 1st year.......
100x 40,000(conversion cost)= 4m
100x 35,000(licence fee)= 3.5m
Increase in turnover of 7.5m in 1st year.......
that'll do for starters.......

yes it'll do for BPRG as well when they get their hands on SEO after the damages are awarded.very nice indeed for bprg shareholders..which by the way are very very cheap indeed.

Oh yes, another BPRG holder hoping for big damages from SEO,Amazing how this is the most liekly way BPRG will make a profit!!! Even then they probably won't, Still, should be pin money to SEO with the future ahead. SEO holders will reap their rewards in the next few years, BPRG still loss-making? Who will you blame it on then eh? No doubt you can discuss this on several hundred messages every day. Only one way to trade BPRG now, get in when cheap and sell at over a 1 then wait for next cycle. In fact might do this, raise more profits to put on a winner next year, more shares in SEO!!!!
What do reckon Bosley and other faithful SEO holders?

I am an seo holder but this baiting of BPRG serves no purpose. I would have thought the key was how much any award to BPRG might be and whether it will be sizeable enough to effect the performance of either business. if its not, then the price is likely to move in line with the reported and perceived performance of each company. I think the city would have intelligent legal minds and if SEO were to be taken to the cleaners there would be a lot more blood on the walls.SEO do not seem to have benefited from BPRG's "knowledge" and they have a good product that large supermarkets seem very keen to sign up.It seems a corny phrase but i think where we are is an accurate reflection of the cuurent status but i think one more company signing up to SEO and the penny could drop with the city of just how good SEO potential is, and the price could really move on. IMO

i am seo holder and bprg. The most the damages will be is around 1/2m, so the loser will be bprg. seo have already put this money aside for the damages. bprg were offered an out of court settlement but were stupid not to take it they will still end up losing financially as the trading update said it has cost them over 3m on this case and for what beneficial gain? just principal! thats a lot of money to waste on principal an out of court settlement would have made the same statement and it would have been all profit and an end to the saga.

Yet again, agree with all posts above. BOTH companies have really bright futures once this is out of the way.
Will, I'm not baiting, just answering the occasional BPRG guy who comes on this thread to comment about SEO finished or giving their profit to them.
Ooh, frightened!!! NOT.
Some like AdieH have had the decency to make constructive comments all along and were either already holders of both or have now joined in but there is the odd t***er who thinks they can goad us. In fact this is what caused me to contact SEO personally. I liked what I heard and will be back for more.

at present the only ones making money are mms ( ESPECIALLY on bprg ) and the lawyers, plus a few smart investors ? who are playing each company as the mood swings. i will be as happy as the next man when this litigation is sorted out. until then its a gamble either way

a very good and wonderful morning to you all . adie , you cant really ask for a much better start to a monday than to see one your shares off to a flying start. seo up 7 %, volume at 3.7m and its only 9.15am.ok to business. bprg holders who still think seo are finished or that bprg are going to end up owning seo, wakey , wakey!stick to your own thread amongst friends and you can all keep talking about seo as the big bad devil. ssanebs usually has a good handle on things so i like his assessment of 1/2 m in damages. hope its not more than that. anyways , here hoping for a good week. lord knows , i need it.

just looking at trades so far. 5.8, 5.9 to sell . 6.08, 6.1 to buy . theres been an unknown trade at 6p , 2million shares. i feel its a buy which would make it buys outweighing sells by almost 4 to 1. heavy volume for seo before dinner. is something going on that we dont know about? or have a lot of people just caught on ? is an announcement due naming the other company? is this people buying on rumour and selling on news?
