Harrycat - I haven't heard of them I'm afraid, and I don't see anything on the RNS relating to their any impending float.

It's been my experience that a lot of companies signal their intention to list, and in itself this is part of the advertising process of raising funds, but the hard part is the actual raising of sufficient monies to make the flotation viable. Sometimes companies find that there just isn't the interest in the market and the plan just fizzles out.
