Maintenance: Site downtime Friday 6th August @ 23:45.

TullettJ (MoneyAM) - 05 Aug 2004 13:18

Hello.

Since the switch over we have had a few teething issues, so to save you reading all the posts on this thread, ill list the ones that have been found, and when they have been fixed, cross them out. If things are not working despite being 'fixed', ill put them back on the list.

MoneyAM Website
Closing bid/offer prices skewed
Charts: OHLC not being saved, breaking candle sticks.
Market Scan issues.

If there is any that I have missed, please let us know.

J.

All,

The site will be coming up and down over the next couple of hours, please dont assume that as you can access it it will remain up.

Oh I do wish people would do their back end stuff in private.

TullettJ (MoneyAM) - 07 Aug 2004 14:42 - 31 of 616

I have read the postings from the pompous, the windbags, the ignorant, the stupid, the dull etc.

When will the postings from the intelligent, the informative, the amusing, or the fascinating arrive.

TullettJ (MoneyAM) - 07 Aug 2004 14:53 - 33 of 616

I think you may have a problem. When I log out, it doesn't as it were. Is it only me?

teletigger - 08 Aug 2004 14:01 - 39 of 616

Nooooo....me too. Won't log out, yet when trying to access other parts of MAM, after, asks me to log in. That'll teach you to snooze Tullett.
regards

TullettJ (MoneyAM) - 08 Aug 2004 17:02 - 40 of 616

hmm, am looking into it now.

TullettJ (MoneyAM) - 08 Aug 2004 17:09 - 41 of 616

Socrates,

I cant replicatte the logout problems you detail above.

hmm, am still looking tho...

Socrates - 08 Aug 2004 17:59 - 42 of 616

TullettJ (MoneyAM)

The problem is still there, when I click on Log Out it goes to the home page but still shows "Log Out". I thought it was odd when I logged in today, I found I was still logged in and all functions available.

STORMCALLER - 08 Aug 2004 18:24 - 43 of 616

JT,
Never one to be easily ignored, is the 8 hour logout still operative?
The reason I ask is just got the grey box "you are about to view" etc as I'd been on 8 hours, but then didn't ask me to log on, just went straight to page.
Should add ordinary logout works fine!

Socrates - 08 Aug 2004 18:48 - 44 of 616

Very odd, seems OK now, tried to go to Stockwatch and it asked me to log in, did so and now all as advertised. Updated cookie perhaps?
