Pixology plc
Statement re Share Price Movement
The Board of Pixology notes the movement in the Company's share price over the
last few weeks and confirms that the Company continues to maintain a strong
balance sheet, with over 5 million of cash in the bank. The Board is also very
aware of the uncertainty resulting from the lack of recent news regarding offer
talks, but expects to be in a position to update the market on these talks
within the next few weeks. However, there can be no certainty that an offer will
be made for the Company or as to the terms upon which any offer might be made.
The Company also plans to issue its Preliminary Results for the year ended 31
December 2006 in the second half of April.

By the lack of comment, I take it I'm the only plonka that bought pix at 64p and refused to sell them at 42p, over six months ago?
