Surely rates aren't the issue (nobody expects any change), and the market is going to be far more interested in what he's got to say about tapering QE sooner rather than later, especially given the recent rhetoric by some of those close to him.

And if you're worried about equity markets, I'd personally be as equally (if not more) concerned about failing Abenomics and the fact that the average tenure of the last 10 Japanese PMs is 419 days.
