With regards the Novamont / Sphere dispute.
If patents EP 0 327 505, EP 0947 559 and EP 0 937 120 were in place at time of Cross Licensing Arrangements in Aug. 2001 between Novamont and Biotec, I believe the Biotec licence to 'manufacture material' from the shared IP then transferred to Stanelco when they bought Biotec. Though Sphere then bought a 50% share of Biotec, are Novamont telling Sphere that they could supply the raw materials, they could make the 'resin', but they could not manufacture goods from that IP.

From results statement.

The company has plenty of cash in the bank so unlikely to fold and is in the right area to do well eventually-----we patient losers are just sitting on our losses or averaging when the oppportunity arises!! This is a main market share so it can be tucked away in an isa while we chat about it on here.

It could go either way...it is risky..what is it with this thread that people behave like prats ....best to warn people of risks...I've been in and out of this stock a dozen times ....so I know the risks....I would love to see old share holders get most of their money back....you just have to well aware of the risks involved.

We don't need to be told by you, in amongst your other insulting and puerile posts (some of which attacked our spelling!) that there are risks in investing in shares! We're all

oblomov...well...you could be a paid ramper...other bloggers beware....this stock in performance is one of the worst main market performers...but you can make a buck or two if you time it right (like today)...I missed it ....perhaps better luck next time....but keeping this for the long term...I'm not so sure.

Thank you fisherboy...I agree...and back to this stock : it is up today...but don't forget about the spread....that's the difference between buying and selling and with this one it can vary a lot.
