If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!
Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.
The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.
This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)
If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

There seems to be a problem with EPO trades. Streaming trades shows shows 430k sells for today, yet stockwatch is showing 359k which is yesterday figure, but cum is showing 430k?

Ian/Jonathon - Any chance of an update?
1.Did Jonathon manage to recreate my lethargic newsflag and come up with any suggestions/solutions?
2. How close are we to resolving the closing price nonsense? Even for MM controlled stocks, we are still getting some midprices that aren't the mathematical mid of closing bid/ask. And for SETS, the less said the better...

P.S. If you want to be proactive, you could inform users that SCAP is currently offline, affecting stocks where they were best bid or offer.

dell - thank you! I was wondering why some of my SEAQ stocks were missing a MM this morning and I'd already rung the directors of Melrose (MRS) to ask why SCAP was no longer a MM for their stock. I agree, an announcement bolted to the top of the BB would have dissipated some real concern this morning.
For those just catching up, SCAP came back online at 9.24 this morning.

Just to confirm - and I realise it is a bit after the event, apparently according to the stock exchange several MM's experienced problems this morning.
We are not informed when this happens, so I would like to thank Dell for pointing this out. Obviously if we do ever receive any notification of any outages such as this or become aware of this we will do our best to make all aware.
Regards
Ian
