quiet in here tonight. Just got in from my evening course. It's raining and cold....now what can I find for supper? Oh, peanut butter, and there's some crusty bread; excellent! Now some wine.......yep, Stockbunny's liberated some red......might just stay the night here. HVN has done me well over the last couple of days. Might add tomorrow. Will ponder over a glass of red. I'd appreciate the view of others, but no chance as I'm here on my own!

Wow! What a feast, Socs. Thank you. A glass of champagne first and then the nice red that Bunny found. How lovely of you to come in and keep me company. Where is everybody? Can't believe they left all these roast potatoes untouched. Yummy!

I hardly had to fight them off Vasey. They all stayed home to watch the first episode of The Bill, sad lot that they are. How would you like some sherry trifle for afters?

Oh bliss oh rapture. Lovely evening Vasey, you just can't beat a nice meal, convivial company, soft music and roast potatoes. But alas, all good things must end, even if only temporarily. I have to go to Bedfordshire because I need my beauty sleep.

littlewoman, We nearly had a Tea Room outing once but unfortunately jeffmack found out about it so we cancelled! hee he! just joking. Actually im sure it would be lovely to meet the people that post around here but for me myself i am actually rather too shy for that kind of thing and would just sit in the corner sipping beer!
