ooooooooooo look at this
Stanelco plc ('Stanelco' or the 'Company')
Global Alliance Signed with Advanced Energy Industries, Inc.
Stanelco plc, the RF (radio frequency) applications group, is pleased to
announce that it has entered into a binding agreement with Advanced Energy
Industries, Inc. ('Advanced Energy') to enable the rapid adoption of its
revolutionary GREENSEAL tray-lidding and thermoforming technology across a
number of markets around the world.
The announcement follows the recent announcement of an alliance with Premier
Technologies, who will perform the mechanical conversions. Advanced Energy,
under this agreement, will perform the RF conversion in conjunction with Premier
and together will offer a turnkey solution for retrofitting in the US, Canada
and Mexico.
Advanced Energy (
www.advanced-energy.com
) (Nasdaq: AEIS), is a global leader in
innovative process power delivery management, including RF, mid-frequency and DC
solutions. It will supply, fit and commission the RF component of Stanelco's
GREENSEAL technology. The agreement extends to Advanced Energy co-operating with
original equipment manufacturers to enable the GREENSEAL technology to be
installed in new equipment prior to supply to end users.
In addition, Advanced Energy will also make preparations to be in a position to
retrofit the GREENSEAL technology in the other markets were it has the required
infrastructure to carry out a full implementation and back up support program.
These markets include Germany, Japan, UK and other European and Far East
markets. The agreement will allow the rapid and scaleable roll out of GREENSEAL
technology in a number of countries simultaneously.
Stanelco is intended to negotiate a separate exclusive supply agreement with
Advanced Energy to ensure a smooth, uninterrupted supply of RF power delivery
system to fulfil the total requirements of the project.
Advanced Energy will receive a minority interest in Stanelco's conversion and
licence fees for each machine it helps to retrofit and support.
As with Premier Technology, Advanced Energy will be sending a contingent of
engineers to Stanelco for an extended period of training and familiarisation and
it is anticipated that the project will be ready to commence operation within
three months.
Ian Balchin, CEO of Stanelco plc said:
'This is further excellent news for Stanelco as we look to roll out our
technology across the world. Whilst we remain focused on the roll out with ASDA
in the UK and Ireland, today's announcement means that we will be able to move
quickly and with scale into a number of markets as demand for our technology
grows. Advanced Energy has the innate knowledge of RF that is applicable to our
specific application which will be easily and quickly adaptable for the needs of
this project. This agreement eliminates delays to the project due to the highly
specific and limited availability of trained RF engineers and also removes
barriers to a rapid roll out of this revolutionary technology in the major
markets of the world.'
Chris Near, Director, Business Development Industrial and New Markets of
Advanced Energy said:
'We are delighted to be given the opportunity to provide a global implementation
and back up facility for this program. We have worked with Stanelco for many
years, have supplied them with our equipment and we are very pleased to be a
major contributor and supplier to this new and exciting program.'

Great RNS immediately following on from Friday's to give the SP real momentum up to the next trading range, quite possibly up to EVO's target of 30p in one go.
Next we need some indication (Trading Report) as to how this will feed through to the bottom line, to consolidate the euphoria into solid EPS.
This is going to be a good week for us all.

'A beautiful morning'. The sun is shining. SEO is in tha eascendency. All is well with the world. This is going to move faster than any of us expected. The roll-out is going to be in worldwide markets with other installation partners for Advanced Energy; a manufacturing deal is on the cards; marketing partners, first in North America and then in the other markets. SEO sitting at the centre pulling the strings, but not spending vast amounts of money. So, Aldwick, no need for additional funds.
Not sure that Evolution will have enough hard facts to revise their forecast. After all, they are market makers and not brokers/company analysts. If they don't need more funds, then the company has no reason to force the price up. With more announcements to come, I suspect that the sp will move to 30p in three legs as it did last time. Price has come back on profit taking and it may be wise to seize the moment to top up underweight positions.

Profit-taking dried up and nice flow of steady buying has set in. Suspect that the MMs will try to hold the price from rising too quickly. may not be better buying opportunity.
Now that the SEO strategy is clear: use the lead companies in each function (manufacture, selling, installation), what is the implication for forecasts. Key answer, obviuos really, is that the process will be accelerated. Evolution forecasts have figures of 100, 1000, 1500, 2000 for the years from 2005 to 2008. Suspect this will be more like 50, 1000, 2500, 6000, which is still ony 20% of the market and could be very low. andysmith, what do you reckon the penetration will be. Reasonable to bring forward the bottom line by a year which would be 6.6p a share in 2007. Round this up to 10p with other products. Put it on a pe of 30 because of the rate of growth and prospects. Then the sp becomes 3!
This may be speculative but I suspect it is eminently reasonable. Friends, this has been written so that you hold and do not succumb to temptation to take profits. Also for those who are SEO-lite to repent, accumulate and enjoy!

bos Put the last three posts together and there is only one coclusion: bos and eric should be appointed as advisers to SEO without delay! Having said that, that could be a little bit too much like work. Far better just looking at the screen, watching SEO soar and having fun! I do agree that frogpack will hit the light of day before too long, probably with a similar infrastructure because it will be a distinct team handling it and they won't want to be outdone by their Greenseal brethren. Forecast rising all the time!
