Liverpool ....mighty impressive again I see.....welsh stuffing next week..(sorry Dil).....

goldfinger - 17 Mar 2014 08:46 - 2652 of 6918

Written this season off Dil, after Liverpool scored went in and got pithed with the lads. Lovely sunday roast followed by trifle and Ice cream.

KidA - 17 Mar 2014 13:45 - 2653 of 6918

Clattenburg cock ups - not sending off Rafael, Flanagan, and Gerrard, giving a penalty for the Sturridge dive, sending off Vidic instead of booking the aforementioned forward, not giving a penalty for Johnson's handball - aside :), I have no idea what game Moyes is watching that he is happy to do FA for 65 minutes and makes the first sub circa 75 minutes. RVP is stinking up the place; instead of being taken off at halftime, he plays the whole match. To be fair, since Fulham there has been a glimmer re team selection, but inspiration - tactics and cheerleading - and balls are nowhere to be seen. Moyes seems nice enough as a person, but the job looks a step too far. Closer to the exit.

Chris Carson,

Is that the second time Coleman has scored the winner with a mishit that's floated into a corner of the net?

Cheers,
KidA

Chris Carson - 17 Mar 2014 14:19 - 2654 of 6918

KidA they all count, don't care how they go in. For years United scored in Fergie time.

I think the "Chosen One" is doing a great job. Long may it continue. Sure the Everton fans will give him a warm round of applause on Uniteds visit to Goodison on 19th April :O)

(nb providing he lasts that long of course)

KidA - 17 Mar 2014 14:28 - 2655 of 6918

Chris Carson,

It wasn't a dig, I thought you'd know who it was against. Never mind.

Cheers,
KidA

Chris Carson - 17 Mar 2014 14:34 - 2656 of 6918

KidA - My apologies, get you now :O)

Dil - 18 Mar 2014 00:37 - 2657 of 6918

Come on Chris . everyone makes a bad decision ... apparently ref in Man U game was deaf dumb but sure played a mean pin ball !

Uck me they were hammered from first to last minute , we're crap but aint see us play that bad all season.

Dil - 18 Mar 2014 00:48 - 2658 of 6918

Chris , Just watched the recording of match of the day back and I don't know where to start on Everton !

If that clown who cost us a well deserved point could shoot straight we wouldn't have lost and that bloody deflection for the first .... geez :-)

All over twitter Everton fans saying we were best supporters that have visited all season and the clapping , cheering and respect shown before the match when we sang "we'll always blue" is much appreciated ... you really don't know how much.

Good luck for the rest of the season.

Chris Carson - 18 Mar 2014 02:36 - 2659 of 6918

Cheers mate, hope you stay up.

Joe Say - 18 Mar 2014 07:29 - 2660 of 6918

I don't - and its not a dig at the Cardiff fans but that stupid muppet that owns the club.

Better to see the back of the likes of him

If this is re Manchester United v Liverpool, the 10 minutes when Rooney and Mata swapped were Manchester United's - that is part of the frustration. But yeah, overall it was poor. If it is about something else, apologies for butting in.

On Match Of The Day, somehow it manages to get worse each season; time that could be used to show a true flavour of the games is given to increased pundit waffle, voting, shoddy manager/player interview, and advertising other programmes.

Cheers,
KidA

It's always on too late in the day.....I'm asleep by the time that comes on...

Dil - 19 Mar 2014 08:37 - 2663 of 6918

KidA ... yeah it was about Man U :-)

Agree re: MOTD , I saw the whole game and Everton struggled to break us down but if you only saw the MOTD highlights then they were all over us and constanly raining shots down on Marshall.

Dil - 19 Mar 2014 08:39 - 2664 of 6918

Joe ... got more chance of him selling us as a Premier League club than a championship club.

Team are now starting to click under Ole but I fear it's too little too late.

goldfinger - 19 Mar 2014 09:01 - 2665 of 6918

UTD to go through tonight into last 8.

Against all the odds.

Chris Carson - 19 Mar 2014 10:34 - 2666 of 6918

LOL!!!!!! David Moyes football genius, what could possibly go wrong?

goldfinger - 19 Mar 2014 21:41 - 2667 of 6918

What a -wat you now look toffee boy.

Always happens to them that dont have class or brain cells.

Champions champions champions champions.

Chris Carson - 19 Mar 2014 21:50 - 2668 of 6918

The Greeks were crap and so were United in the second half and you know it! Well done in getting through but that's the end of the road. Champions don't make laugh.
Still want to leave Rooney out of the England squad? Knobhead!

ptholden - 19 Mar 2014 21:59 - 2669 of 6918

Utd probably fortunate not to concede a goal but credit on getting through to the quarter finals. Struggle to believe they are going any further, with the exception of De Gea, the defence is a collective liability.

Rooney was outstanding

Joe Say - 20 Mar 2014 07:23 - 2670 of 6918

Good for all PL teams - well the usual suspects at least I s'pose
