The chart for this stock says it all.

The company is quickly becoming a real gem in the telematics field, over the last month the co. has announced re-seller contracts which will bring in min. 2m or >30% of last years T/O alone.

The company is already experiencing massive organic growth so the co. should be profitable now following last years 500k loss.

The co. has approx. 6m cash and is in one of the hottest growth areas at the moment.

With a market cap. of 25m this will be re-rated x2/3 minimum within the next 6-12 months IMHO.

MM buys went through on Friday with T/O continuing to build, one to put on your monitor...

well TGTL OTC - tiger telematics - competitor in the field to cyh is moving ahead, so the sector still looks promising.. they have some long term projecs on the go

Although still well down on price prior to the results todays trades do look some what encouraging.

Got my advice about the consolidation from my nominee account this AM. Don't like the idea, do you think it could get knocked back at the EGM?

1,000,000 buy at 1.35p confirms my optimism that CYH has become seriously oversold...

Also 500,000 @1.4!

Could it have been a sell? I don't think so somehow.

That makes it a buy in my book, even though it was a late notification.

I'm hopimg it will turn upwards over the next 2 days. I think the signs are right.

just looking at the 1,000,000 trades over the last 3 days it looks as though there has been quite a few and they all look like buys!

wonder what will happen to the SP when one of these big contracts come off!!

Look at the latest news on tfc website concerning cyh, might give it a lift. Also good news about tfc, might be worth a look too. Short boost to the price tomorrow.

Are the share holders just discussing the consolidation on the 20th or will the consolidation happen on the 20th?

Whats your thoughts on the consolidation?

My understanding is that the EGM on the 20th Dec is to seek approval from shareholders for the 1 new for every 50 ord. held.

I think this is a good move as institutions, in particular, seem to wary of penny shares. It certainly seems to have helped healthcare Enterprise Group who have done a similar consolidation, in their case 1 for 100. Other shares, including Majestic Wine, have gone the other way to improve marketability with a share split. It seems to be helpful to have a share price in the range of 50p to 200p or so. Not in at the moment, but looking at a purchase before the 20th.
