If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!
Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.
The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.
This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)
If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

maddoctor,
This is because it is a trade declared overnight and is therefore given the automatic prefix of 01.00 am.

re 2632 and 2634. Just had the same proble again. I have 2 browser windows open (as normall) both were working fine, then the second one every time I try to go from portfolio to traders or investors room I keep getting "server not found". If I use back button no prob, use refresh same prob.Close browser and reopen it and it connects but when I move to another view same prob. Each time this happens it seems to last about 5 to 15 minutes (5mins today) then no problem. Not every day but more common between 8-30am and 9-30am. Could it be anything todo with volume /busy traffic (just a guess). No changes at my end andevery thing else is working fine. Graeme. (you said to let you know if it happened again)

Ian , cleared itself at the mo , thanks , I am beginning to hate computers.
Trying to buy a new system at the present time from either dell or pcworld and I find myself constantly talking to the intellectually challenged. Who said buying a house was the most stressful thing you can do?.

SPS: If you call up a 1 month Bolly chart there is a nasty spike that flattens out the analysis. Please ask data team to remove as ap. Thanks. JT

Priscilla,
Just spoke to JT and Mike about this - there should in theory be no figure in there so I will submit a bug report fo r this to be rectified.
Thanks

Ian,
There appears to be some novel differences between the streaming and html stockwatch. Particularly at end-of-day they frequently report different mid-prices. Have we a timing inconsistency here with reference to the last price each will show?

Jonathon - Thank you for your update in post 2646 re my newsflag problem and closing price query.
Re your comments, I am aware that official closing price is more complicated than mathematical mid for SETS etc. but my understanding is that for SEAQ stocks it is the mid of best offer and best bid at close.
I usually run stockwatch with a mid column and no close column, assuming that mid resets to official close price after the official LSE close price is transmitted.
This would appear not to be the case and would also perhaps explain Stormcaller's observation directly above this post.
An apparently anomaly from Friday's figures would be UDI with post closing bid/offer of 10.5/13 and mid of 12p(close shown correctly as 11.75p).
Ian - re post 2652 querying trades that have an 01:00 time. Your answer(post 2653) stating that this is due to them being overnight trades doesn't appear right to me.
AFAIK, overnight trades are supposed to be reported prior to the next opening.
As we have "O" trades with 01:00 times appearing throughout the trading day, it appears unlikely that this is the reason. If they were really overnight trades coming through that late, then surely they should have an "L" trade type flag.
Can you please clarify.

dell,
We are going to take a look into this closing price issue and see if we can replicate these problems and then work on a fix for them - please bear with whilst we do this and I will report back as soon as possible,
Ian

Ian: I've still got problems with AM charts. Example: DYS
One year chart comes up OK
6 month chart doesn't come up, just the little box with a red cross in it
3 month is the same as 6 month
Intraday is OK
Has anybody else found similar examples? Or is it just me?
