The chart for this stock says it all.

The company is quickly becoming a real gem in the telematics field, over the last month the co. has announced re-seller contracts which will bring in min. 2m or >30% of last years T/O alone.

The company is already experiencing massive organic growth so the co. should be profitable now following last years 500k loss.

The co. has approx. 6m cash and is in one of the hottest growth areas at the moment.

With a market cap. of 25m this will be re-rated x2/3 minimum within the next 6-12 months IMHO.

MM buys went through on Friday with T/O continuing to build, one to put on your monitor...

Have just phoned Comdirect and they say CYH will not be traded this morning because they are consolidating the shares??? I haven't received a corp action stating that fact tho! The price is 60p...

so for the unclean amongst us - what exactly does that mean? my shares are currently valued at 0 with share.com do I hold 30 times as many for the same value? or vice versa

I believe consolidation is on the basis of 1 new share for 50 of the old.

The problem I'm having is understanding why they have consolidated the price before we (share holders) have received a corp. action notice stating the 1 for every 50 consolidation as been approved.

So if we originally had...say 100,000, we would now have 2,000 I presume, but valued at what, 60p ????

yes? - currently showing 0 value I assume at some point this will return to the holding I had in value with %reduction in shares - as you say cant trade at 60p of course - makes the share look grown up though - my alerts went through the roof - 4,000% change - makes it diffcult to work out drop from 62.5-60 is a drop or a gain on previous 1.x price

would be interested in armetis thoughts as they bought 14mil @3p now only worth 1.2p doesnt sound a great investment by any means if i was their fund manager i would be a tad upset or if they was investing my money i would be rather livid at this time, as on paper they are looking at a rather large loss unless there are other irons in the fire ,such as take over/link up with traffic master in a bigger way etc etc which would explain them trying to get the share issue in shape and get them on the main market maybe ,which would then attract poss more backers etc as the protential is getting bigger by the month !!

if it was 1 share for fifty, what would happen if the numbers worked out you had 49 left? Would be X.99 shares? Can you have a fraction of one share?

What would happen if you had 49 shares left after the 50 for 1 any idea. Cheers. I know its not much money but add that up between millions of shares and somebody could be making a nice little profit.

I believe they become void. i.e. no-one gets a thing for them. So if we both had 149 shares before consolidation, we'd each have 2 shares a piece. The 49 shares would simply dissappear into no mans land for each of us - nice eh.

I think that the shares are rounded up to the nearest 50, so yes those 49 would go back to CYH.
