This company floated in May and has just put out a positive trading statement. The sp is rising nicely and it has promised a dividend with it's results. Despite this I cannot find any press comment or bb comment-anyone done any research on this one as it looks worth dipping a toe in to me?

Share re-acting now up 1.5p tp 81.5p, still at bargain levels.

PE only 9.8,
2007 PE = 8.8
2008 PE = 7.7

up 3.5p now

Huge transaction volumes today over 10 million that's over 25% of market cap.
Nearly all volume = 2 large sells at 75p which is well below normal price. Looks like somebody positioning themselves, could be a very interesting annoucement soon.

Article in Daily Mail today, who say that the market suspects there could be positioning by someone. We will have to wait for Tuesday.

Interactive World PLC said majority shareholder David Sullivan has placed 5.31 mln shares at 75 pence each with institutional investors in response to 'significant excess demand'.

Sullivan now has beneficial interest in 19.27 mln shares or 49.95 pct in the AIM-listed company.
