WGT- what are traders views on the Company results out today

skyhigh - 07 Jul 2004 09:03 - 27 of 35

We're all doomed ! (imho)
Sell while you can - if it's still worth it !
Personally, the value of my shares is worth hardly anything now.
Will hold on 'til the bitter end & hope something good turns up.

sagem - 07 Jul 2004 11:31 - 28 of 35

Certainly not all doomed.....Wigmore has a 12 million order book plus very high profile customer base....takeover bid is starting to emerge bid price will start at 1p. Offshore investor taking an interest. Look at all the buys

skyhigh - 07 Jul 2004 12:16 - 29 of 35

Yes, and look at the SP going down to .0035p & look at the 50m x .0022 sell. Looks as though the SP will go down to around the .0010 share placing level ?!
We're all doomed ! all doomed I tell ya ! (imho, dyor, pyo)

Apart from all that. everything's OK, I guess. .... keep smiling :)

oops ! there goes another 125m ! :)

Sorry geeboy.. can't say I know for sure what's happened ... shell shocked mate.

Hopefully, there's somebody out there who can give a more technical explaination.
Company could not trade properly, poor cashflow and contracts had dried up.

They had to be re-financed, hence more shares in circuation, share price diluted.

Yesterday, there was a small article in one of the papers saying that there was somebody intersted in bidding for the company at about 1p per share but more importantly might de-list WGT from Aim market and take the company into private ownership.. so we would be made an offer of say, about .05p per share and that would be it for us., bye bye Wigmore.I may be totally wrong.. I look to someone who is well versed with these types of goings on.

geeboy30 - 07 Jul 2004 14:04 - 32 of 35

thanks sky
keep your pecker up mate, it might never happen
try pci instead, looking good

sagem - 07 Jul 2004 22:18 - 33 of 35

Wigmore was once worth 3p per share. They still have their companies, they still have a 12 million order book, a list of very high profile customers that they have done excellent work for, they are still in business.................SO WHAT HAS REALLY CHANGED. THIS COMPANY WILL GO FROM STRENGTH TO STRENGTH. Contracts will soon come rolling in so keep looking at the RNS announcements, the share price will slowly rise. The CEO knows this plus all the directors.

profitmaker - 08 Jul 2004 10:13 - 34 of 35

Contracts have always been rolloing in but WGT couldn't make a profit on them. That's the problem. I've lost too much on these to be bothered what happens. Management survive in their cushy jobs and who suffers? Shareholders. Up the revolution, comrades.

skyhigh - 27 Jul 2005 09:37 - 35 of 35

Anyone any views on yesterday's announcements... it ought to be good I would have thought... onwards and upwards ? : )
