Envesta Telecom (EVS)

paulbrooks71 - 19 Jan 2005 12:17

Have a look at todays news threads for EVS, great first half results, important acquisition announced, more exciting news promised in February. Up 25% so far today.

paulbrooks71 - 25 Jan 2005 12:30 - 27 of 305

Grevis2, thanks for keeping the info flowing on Envesta, i agree all the news seems to be positive, i too have just topped up. As far as i can tell envesta paid 100,000 for a 27% stake in Formjet, however this was subsequently diluted to a satke of 13.75% following a pre-IPO share issue.

What do you make of the maximum buy you mentioned earlier? What does it mean in practice? Is it due to lack of liquidity?

Cheers

paulbrooks71: Thanks for clarifying Envesta's stake in Formjet. Had a feeling that it had been diluted but could not find the relevant RNS.

Just noticed someone bought 1 million EVS at 2.95p. Would be nice to see a few more of those. Good luck!

Hi guys,

Just found this thread and read all the good posts :-)

I've been a holder of these since mid December and am very pleased the way Envesta has been progressing since the appointment of Kevin Jauncy.

I agree that Envesta seems to be undervalued, maybe overlooked by most, and will top up again tomorrow.

Good luck to all,

tangle.

Tangle

I agree Envesta is undervalued. Mrkt Cap 6mill on a t/o of 15/18mill and all the recent good news in terms of profit margins etc. Suggests that the currenrt sp should have plenty of upside. Question is when will the mm's re-rate it. Product launch due in Feb and finals in March hopefully we'll see significant movement during this period.

It will be interesting to see IDN'S finals on Monday and how the market responds as they are in the same sector as EVS and of similar market size.

Like you I think I'll be topping up in EVS soon.

Cheers
Warren

Valued at 6.5m
Cash - 0.75m
Completely debt free
Limited exposure to taxman thanks to previous years losses
Record turnover and on course to meet broker forecasts of 750k profit for full year then....

in January we are told turnover is achieving new highs again
Exciting and important product launch announced for February which incidentaly comes at a very low cost to the company and the results for this exciting period in March. Can't wait for that exposure myself.

A high margin profitable 1m turnover business has also been acquired for a measly 340k and some very reputable names are appearing on the board. The Directors stand to make a serious amount of money if they can achieve 8p plus and i believe we will see more director buys before very long. They will be well rewarded but so will we if these respectable individuals simply keep the company on its current path.

I sincerely believe this share is under valued at a modest 2.85p and that a re-rating will occur within six months following further success across the expanded business. A market cap of 15m on an undemanding p/e of 15 with a turnover of 20m + come end of year results. This will still leave room for serious upside.

Easy money? The board thinks so. For thier expertise and guidance to 7 figure annual profits they want to ensure thier hardwork pays off via the share options. Great attitude with plenty of motivation and an everybody wins scenario.

Let the good times roll.....

If Seymour Pierce are right then Envesta will make 1.62 million next year which makes this stock a complete snip. Growth stocks would normally command a PE of around 20 which gives the potential of a 5 fold increase in Envesta's share price. Good luck!

From another BB:

Just a bit of info form EVS acquisition of World Telecom. As World Telecom offer the The Global Calling Card
Revenue Expected to Top $5 Billion FRAMINGHAM, Mass., July 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Since its launch in the early 1990s, the prepaid calling card market has experienced impressive double-digit annual growth, reflecting the accelerating demand for prepaid telecommunications services. IDC reports the market for prepaid calling cards will continue to expand, with revenue growing from $3.4 billion in 2000 to $5.3 billion at the end of 2005. "Although the prepaid market is still dominated by the credit challenged, ethnic minorities, and lower-income consumers, the typical prepaid calling card user is becoming less defined," said Amy Harris, analyst with IDC's Residential Telecommunications Services program. "We see more business users and colleges students purchasing prepaid calling cards as well as a growing segment of users that view prepaid cards as convenient to use and a helpful tool to control their long distance calling costs."

We've seen some strong buying this morning. Seems as though those two largish trades of 250,000 and 200,000 moved the price. Money AM is showing that they were timed at 9.53AM and 10.00AM respectively. Because of the time delay they are naturally showning as 'sells'.

grevis2 - 01 Feb 2005 11:44 - 37 of 305

Now a 250,000 'T' trade at 3.00p, plus 200,000 bought in at 10.34 and 250,000 from 10.39AM.

So far we have seen buys of 2.9 million and sells of around 600K.

moneyplus - 01 Feb 2005 13:18 - 38 of 305

News about to break do you think??

grevis2 - 01 Feb 2005 13:52 - 39 of 305

moneyplus: Well it's certainly on the cards as we've been promised a 'significant product launch' announcement this month.

grevis2 - 02 Feb 2005 14:53 - 40 of 305

moneyplus: What is evident is that we seem to have accumulated a silent following so far. This will change as Envesta becomes better known, but then we will then have to accept the nonsense that goes with it. In the meanwhile I've been having a look at Envesta's jewel, Seven Telecom, which has its own website. Take a look it's most enlightening and encouraging. You will find it on the post that follows.

Three x 1 million buys have just shown up, including a 1 million broker buy. Is something brewing?

superrod - 02 Feb 2005 16:39 - 43 of 305

ok guys/gals......you are enthusiastic about your stock......fair enough....but as i have asked elsewhere before WHAT the hell do i do with the 208 shares i was given gratis as a shareholder of artisan?

genuine question.

moneyplus - 03 Feb 2005 01:46 - 44 of 305

Add a great big chunk and hold on for big gains. This one is not going to rocket overnight but if you only hold 208 shares you should put them in a drawer for your grandchildren or give them to charity !!

One million man is at it again and he's early today! This time he's bought his million at 13:22:59PM. Again he's paid 2.95p. Just wonder if we are looking at an institution or a private buyer. Whatever, it's positive for this stock. Good luck!
