Lol, can't wait for the trials with Asda to complete, this could really send these shares fly... Will wait to purchase more once the court case has been resloved (compensation)...

bosley - 22 Nov 2004 10:57 - 275 of 27111

just looking at trades so far. 5.8, 5.9 to sell . 6.08, 6.1 to buy . theres been an unknown trade at 6p , 2million shares. i feel its a buy which would make it buys outweighing sells by almost 4 to 1. heavy volume for seo before dinner. is something going on that we dont know about? or have a lot of people just caught on ? is an announcement due naming the other company? is this people buying on rumour and selling on news?

hlyeo98 - 22 Nov 2004 11:23 - 276 of 27111

Hi Bosley...good to see SEO on a flying spree...I guess there is more rocketing to go...

bosley - 22 Nov 2004 13:08 - 277 of 27111

up .5p now .volume gone into 8 figures, mainly buys. blimey , hope your right hlyeo.this is all happening a lot sooner than i expected.

bosley - 22 Nov 2004 13:11 - 278 of 27111

back down to .38p. price touched 6p to sell and it seems a lot of cowards out there did. tut tut

Jacks - 22 Nov 2004 13:22 - 279 of 27111

Sorry if I offended any Bio boys and girls. Let's hope we can all make a killing on the shares we have. It would be nice to think a big cheer won't go up if SEO crash from the other side.
I am now thinking of selling other shares to free up cash to invest more in SEO, the question is when will be the best time to invest, now or after the CC?
It's a difficult call to make, they may crash after the CC and I will be able to get more for my money, or they could carry following the current trend and I will get far less. Any advice? Theres obviously something going on in the background pushing the price up that we are not aware of!!!

mickeyskint - 22 Nov 2004 13:48 - 280 of 27111

When is the cc.

MS

bosley - 22 Nov 2004 14:00 - 281 of 27111

towards the end of the month, i think, mickey.

AdieH - 22 Nov 2004 14:06 - 282 of 27111

With you Jacks but maybe after CC has been sorted but I am very tempted too. possibly it's the future of the company (asda contract etc) alot of investors showing some confidence, 5 days on the up that says something...

Biscuit - 22 Nov 2004 14:16 - 283 of 27111

As long as SEO can pay the damages awarded then I'm not sure the shares will drop that far as there appears to be many people stood on the sidelines just waiting for the final announcement so that it's all over. I suppose it all depends on the total amount, which nobody seems to know!

dibbles - 22 Nov 2004 14:18 - 284 of 27111

i was considering waiting for the cc to top-up until asda trial was announced.
the problem with waiting as last weeks rns shows is we could get news anytime,
and don't forget a few were trialing the product pre-patent so could be signing
deals as we speak....
also major food manufacturer as yet unnamed in last rns........

AdieH - 22 Nov 2004 14:35 - 285 of 27111

Thats why i bought in after the RNS but will buy again after CC judgement etc, The future looks bright for both but SEO in a stronger position at moment in my humble opinion... mainly because they have named a partner and the deal looks like it is closer than any BPRG have announed. DYOR.

Jacks - 22 Nov 2004 16:38 - 286 of 27111

I am tempted to dive in very soon, there are lot's of trades today. Sometimes I tend to react too quickly and miss out, I want to get the maximum out of this one and timing will be crucial. Long term I think we are on a winner, however I don't want to buy a load of shares at 6 pence, if I can buy after the court case for 4. The risk being SEO could announce something in the next couple of weeks and the shares fly north.

willfagg - 22 Nov 2004 16:54 - 287 of 27111

Dear Jacks, i think you have answered your own question. The feeling is that the "compensation " is likely to be minimal as there was sod all commercial gain to SEO. Everyone is starting to focus on who will follow ASDA...........Wall mart seems obvious choice but surely it will not stop there.I have also lost out before now, by sitting on the sidelines , IMO> I think this one is a case of "he who hesitates is lost"( or might not make such a killing) IMHO...I dont think we will seee 4p again unless I am tragically underestimating the damages in which case i will eat humble pie later

bosley - 22 Nov 2004 18:46 - 288 of 27111

strange day . 17million shares traded. "officially" 5.4 million buys.4.1 million sells( 2miilion at 6p) and 7.5 miilion unknowns pretty much all at 6p and sizable trades at that. im guessing trades at 6p , sizable ones , were buys . anyone got other ideas?

ssanebs - 22 Nov 2004 23:34 - 289 of 27111

yes they were buys.

hangon - 23 Nov 2004 11:50 - 290 of 27111

Woha there! The notion that SEO would not be about to go bust - - -because of the deal with ASDA ( -leading to riches in the US- ) - - is at development stage and ASDA is only interested in (anyone's) Lidding technology - if the Patent Dispute engulfed the (ASDA Interest) then ASDA would continue to discuss their projects with ANOther company.
SEO management has shown itself flawed and incapable of operating simple machinery withpout inflicting grreat wounds on itself. Just because the Technologies are separate - so what?
The cc Damages will have repercussions throughout the SEO group - I doubt that they can comparmentise/seal off the bother. That notion goes to show how flawed SEO management is.
SEO's sp is now being watched and MM's are likely to push it up with good news and drop it with bad. When the CC is over, then "we" shall know how much of SEO is able to drag itself from the Battlefield.
I don't hold SEO (or BPRG), but don't see this interim Good News as a cause for celibration, although MM's have bumped up the sp nearly 50%.

AdieH - 23 Nov 2004 13:19 - 291 of 27111

I think you maybe wrong in these statements, the CC compensation has been factored into the price, in my opinion.

On a more light hearted note your spelling does need checking... it's celebration.

willfagg - 23 Nov 2004 14:15 - 292 of 27111

Dear Hang on
My understanding is that the technology is tested nad is a "product". As AdieH says I think any damages are already factored in.In reality they havent really bumped up the price that far as the market overeacted to the news initially and 4p was not the "real price". IMO

bosley - 23 Nov 2004 14:17 - 293 of 27111

well said adieh. hey hangon ...hang on a mo.nobody is jumping around saying its all over and everything is good . since the patent dispute came up its been hangin(no pun intended) over us like a black cloud.its taken all the focus off other parts of seo and its driven and held the price down with all its uncertainty . basically , its almost over .as long as the compensation and associated legal costs are not in the astronimical league then seo can ride through it and hopefully prosper and grow. i disagree with your comment that the interim good news isnt cause for celebration. it bloody well is! so there!
its a massive piece of news, just for what it is and also, because of what it may lead to .i agree with adie in that ALL the bad shit has been factored into the share price. yes it will drop once the last, (hopefully), of the bad news is released but the upside to this is that we will have clarity and certainty, something we havent had for a while now. yes it is only a trial with asda, a full scale trial with the number two supermarket in this country, which is owned by walmart, a reasonably large american supermarket.

"SEO management has shown itself flawed and incapable of operating simple machinery withpout inflicting grreat wounds on itself."

what do you mean ? it doesnt make sense.seo developed the bprg idea into a workable , wanted product . it has also developed other unique products , like the packaging, that big players are interested in.you're talking bollocks there , pal.

"SEO's sp is now being watched and MM's are likely to push it up with good news and drop it with bad."

nothing revolutionary there then.......
