ker . i retired at 54 now 63 today but still do alot of unpaid work and enjoy it
i could go back to full time tomorrow if i wished too .

my family and good friends are life long torys .
but we will not vote for them again they have lost hundreds
of our votes and if life long torys right wing at that can not vote for them and we are members and run the tory club then they are finished .

there is going to be a lot of cheap houses for sale at knock down prices
when all these people in public sector and now banks get the chop .
they will never work again double dip is a cert

If people don't live within their means the 'pay day' will come in the end regardless of who is in power. Cuurently as is common knowledge many are still in their homes due to the BOE's interest policy (but many are still spending their interest savings unwisely) yet inflation is carrying on upwards and the older people on limited income are suffering with reduced returns on their bank deposits..stuff them appears to be the policy with this lot! In the end everybody loses except the treasury who are able to repay debt easier because the value of money is so much less....that's my moan for today going to have a pot of tea now.....it's a new tea bag this time! LOL

myself i now have only 272k in cash and 84k of that is in isahe rest in a lloys avantage account 1.8% crap i have left it in that account to pick up a cheap house .
for my grand child she is 5 i will use it for my family in the mean time as a holiday home
