NETeller - NLR - 3.15
Thought i would start a new thread following on from
hawick - new issue looks very special - not to steal the thunder from
hawick but just to highlight the company name to those not already in to this
potential blockbuster.
Those of us who are following NETeller know the background and have been
active with postings,for newcomers i strongly sugest viewing the
( new issue looks very special posting )the content will speak for itself.

Brief overview of NETeller
The company handles online cash transactions across the globe
on 21st oct gained fsa approval to operate as a regulated e-money issuer
and will passport the regulated status to all 25 EU member states
it has over 1 million clients rising by 2000 number each day
1500 online merchants and processed over $1.5 billion in 2003
pre tax profit is estimated to be 29 million to dec 04 rising to
40 million next year
per currently 20 to dec 04 falling to 11.5 which is low for sector
brokers have been raising forcasts on a regular basis
share price has risen over 50% since launch earlier this year
new markets emerging constantly,asia has the potential for supergrowth
online casinos are creating enormous profits
given all this - cash generative - huge market - fsa approval
infastructure in place to handle growth, profits accrue to bottom line
the market force is behind it with good relative strength
all put together it is hard to argue against this has the potential
to be a blockbuster over the year ahead

Thank you for your comments Eric. I would have no hesitation staying in on the grounds you mention but I am using what I consider to be a limited pool of funds. Consequently, I am trying to maximise my rate of gain in stocks before stepping off a slowing vehicle and onto another that looks set to accelerate (as opposed to merely increase).

My purchase of NLR has performed way beyond my expectations in a short timeframe but I could see early on that momentum was strong so I doubled my position the day after the first purchase. I have secured over a 30% gain in two weeks on twice my usual size holding. I do not see the rate of gain being sustained so I have decided to hop to a couple of other scenarios where I hope for short term acceleration. NLR's performance has been greater than expected so I am very keen to take the profit which is way above plan in the timescale.

If I had more funds to ride with, I would surely leave some here. I may well be back but we are using different criteria.

I too have a limited pool Bones but I sure as eck aint getting off the gravy train to gamble on some dodgy outfit with a dodgy history , no fundamentals , crap technicals , etc , etc , but I guess you wouldn't either ;-)

Dil, shucks! Only a small proportion on you know who and if the chart action of Thursday (for that was my signal) doesn't follow through in the next two weeks, I will sell as a failed technical signal, not on any fundamentals.

Seems strange to get out now, when there has hardly been a down day in the stock. Admittedly most of the smart money is already invested, but I still think that there is a lot of "not so smart money" still to be invested. However no-one ever went broke taking a profit!

I will try to sell after the peak, on the basis that you can never tell when you are actually at the peak!

I'm feeling patient this morning and will be happy with a day of low trading volume and a tight trading range to set up a base from which to break out from in the coming days.

I'm not convinced that there will be significant upwards movement until there is some positive news as, as gallick suggests, most of the smart money is already in.

However, I would also be extremely happy to be wrong and that the upwards momentum continues :)

Slow day at work but not happy at the amount of red I'm watching here.

Followers of Fibonacci will note the 200 point non-stop move from 350 to 550 and suggest a minimum retrace of 38.2% of this move. About 474p would be a target on that basis. That would not be negative, but a healthy beginning of a consolidation phase before the next leg up. If I were you Dil, I'd raise my stop to 450p.

Just going through one of those 2 to 3 day negative blips we have seen before. Stay patient and you will be rewarded.

Hi GF..seems we have NLR and MMG in common.....both big winners for me this year ...good luck.

hold on tight - a 5% fall in last 2 sessions
is not supprising as it has risen over 60%
in last 3 weeks
just pausing for breath - before it takes off again
1.9m trades today - 60% buys
10 is still a good target for this year probably more

The buys were good size buys and the sells seemed quite small-maybe the mms short of stock and trying to panic the small holders! They're not having mine!
