If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!
Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.
The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.
This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)
If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

Ian, I have changed a few setting etc on my computer as MAM kept crashing. It seems to be ok now ecxept that every time terminal refreshes, it stops me doing other stuff, like writing this - I had to click again to restart typing. It happens when I'm tying emails and MSN messages too. Any ideas?

TulletJ, Yes But with email, the window stays and the tying just stops till I click again. If I have traders room up, that disappears behind the terminal window

IanT.
I have't changed any thing that I am aware of, but today stock watch is taking upto 2 mins to load. The headers ect load instantly but the actual stock details are taking ages.I have "applett started" in bottom left ok. If I turn streaming off it loads instantly. All the other things like port /trade/and rooms are ok.
Any ideas....Graeme.

Graeme,
It would seem that you are struggling to load the applet, this could be for a number of reasons, but could you please do a restart on your machine and see if that does the trick?

I seem to have difficulties with the Buys and Sells for WLF. They do not seemed to be being reported correctly.
Am I right or wrong.

Ian - you beta tested streaming news a while back - very handy it is. When might it be added to the site please?
