If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!
Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.
The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.
This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)
If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

Ian - just a minor complaint but I find the new format/colour scheme for the top lists (I've noticed it on top 30 losers and I presume others have also changed) much less readable than the old version.
Why fix it, if it ain't broke??
How about something more useful, like variable font sizes and trade type column for stockwatch??

P.S. Any idea of when the News flag bug on stockwatch is likely to get a fix?

dell,
Thanks for the feedback - appreciate your comments, but we had not changed those parts of the site since launch, and we wanted to redesign them to bring them up to date - however, we do appreciate your feedback.
With regard to the News flag, We hope to have this resolved very soon, and I will update youa s soon as I have any further information,

Harlosh,
There are currently no reported problems - can you tell me what issues you have at that end?

Happens everyday. Click on Stopwatch, and the screen is white other than for the name of the Stockwatch. Have to click on Stopwatch several times to eventually get it up. Occasionally, the blue bars appear but no details beneath. Very frustrating

Ian - If I am stuck with the hideous(IMO) new look toplists, can you at least get the techies to sort out the formatting, so single stocks don't manage to take up 6 lines(with crazy anomalies like some of the minus signs appearing on a separate line to the number that they refer to).
Cheers,
dell

Harlosh,
This is more than likley due to either personal or corporate firewall at your end. You will need to go inot your firewall and enable Java streaming.
Dell,
If you can give me a specific example of where you are seeing one of these anomolies, I will get the guys to take a look,
Thanks
Ian

Ian - just call up today's top losers list and you'll find that any percentage drops over 10% have the minus sign on the line above the number that they refer to.
Also longer stock names are taking up multiple lines, due to the cell width being lower than on the old style layout.
The stock, "Elcom Itl. Regs Com Shs Usd0.01 (regs)" is currently taking up 4 lines and was taking up 6 lines earlier(I've no idea why it is changing!)..

dell,
I have just taken a look on a full size browser and all seems ok - if I reduce the size of the browser, then the information re sizes to remain in the window and the symptons you have described are there - if you are using a full size browser and this is happening, could you send me a screenshot, so that I can take a look ian@moneyam.com
Thanks
Ian

Ian - Agreed.
It's fine on a full sized window but I've always run it in a smaller window(approx 25% of screen area) in the past, without severe formatting problems.
I find it convenient to set up; Level2, BBs and toplists etc in smaller windows, with 50% of my screen permanently showing stockwatch.
The new toplist design really does seem a backward step.
IMO, it must be set up wrongly, as at reduced browser sizes, the grid and two side adverts don't even get close to matching the width of the tabs at the top of the screen...

dell,
I will double check with the tech guys, but it basically comes down to a resizing issue - try resizing and moving your browsers around a little.
The reason it re sizes is to keep all of the information available in the windon without having to have a scroll bar.

Ian - I'm not sure if you saw the final sentence of my previous post, as I edited it in a few moments later:
IMO, it must be set up wrongly, as at reduced browser sizes, the grid and two side adverts don't even get close to matching the width of the tabs at the top of the screen...
This is probably the crux of the problem and why it appeared to work at a smaller window size in the older version.
A slight adjustment to the table width, so that grid and adverts match the width of the page header, should hopefully resolve it..

kernow,
If you refresh your screen you should see it - this is due to a problem we are aware of, which we are working to resolve.
