THE TALK TO YOURSELF THREAD. (NOWT)

goldfinger - 09 Jun 2005 12:25

Thought Id start this one going because its rather dead on this board at the moment and I suppose all my usual muckers are either at the Stella tennis event watching Dim Tim (lose again) or at Henly Regatta eating cucumber sandwiches (they wish,...NOT).

Anyway please feel free to just talk to yourself blast away and let it go on any company or subject you wish. Just wish Id thought of this one before.

cheers GF.

why on earth would i ever want to go to magaluf or malia or similar?
however, as everything you say is allegedly from first-hand experience, you must be some aged and leery DOM who letches his was round these resorts

by the way, as i was born in 1946, you can work out for yourself what i might know about (young) life in the 60s

TANKER - 23 Aug 2013 13:03 - 28158 of 81564

cynic . simple I am pointing out all these so called women shouting rape
when with my own eyes . not all is what it appears shouting rape when it was put on a plate . then they wake up and say rape . 40 years on its amazing
and some waited 50 years for some one to die to bring charges .
unbelievable

goldfinger - 23 Aug 2013 13:56 - 28163 of 81564

TANKER is that right about Magaluf now ??.

I went a few times in the early 2000s and found it full of German and Swedish women. The Brits were over the road in Palma.

Quite willing aswel they were so its not just British women, and I must say I sampled the goods on offer and was delighted.

So its just not women but men aswel.

Head for Hotel 33...... a chain of scandinavian hotels throughout Europe ......very classy and choc a bloc with gorgeous svensk women. ............yummy.

Being a little older than you, I had greater appreciation of that period than you. 8-)

Tinker,

Some look out through prison bars and see stars.

I think you would see mud.

========

Perhaps, those young girls were frightened of you and preferred to look away.

But sex is dreadful, so I am told.

And homosexuality is beyond the pale.

So Tinker, look out for it.

It all around you.

AID,

Thank you for you well thought out response.

You must be tired after your effort.

Now have another lie down to recover.

UK Parliament is to be recalled on Thursday to discuss response to alleged chemical weapons attack in Syria.

No surprise here ! - Tony Blair: military intervention in Syria vital to prevent 'breeding ground for extremism'

Former Prime Minister Tony Blair has backed a military strike on the Syrian regime, saying international action is required to prevent the country from becoming a “breeding ground for extremism”.

ahoj - 27 Aug 2013 12:58 - 28169 of 81564

It is not really clear who is fundamentalist or extreme here. Syrian regime or the oppositions - they consist of so many small groups, apparently one of them is proud of eating human organs while the person is alive.

cynic - 27 Aug 2013 13:16 - 28170 of 81564

i still find russia's stance, or at least its public one, to be totally baffling

we all know about the russian naval base in syria and also, of course, russia's wish to keep a stranglehold on gas supplies, but even so

Haystack - 27 Aug 2013 14:11 - 28171 of 81564

Syria is Russia's only sphere of influence in the ME.

cynic - 27 Aug 2013 14:32 - 28172 of 81564

that is true, but nevertheless i wonder if the public face matches with the diplomatic one
