I got back in today bhunt1910 and this time im staying put..JB.

bhunt1910 - 14 Apr 2005 11:30 - 2827 of 27111

Well done JimmyB - lets hope that we will not be disappointed.

Bos - I also copied part of the article this morning from shares - because I was not ssure that I had seen the WALMART connection in Black & White before today

Ssanebs responded by saying that Tim Freeborne had quoted in his mag that Walmart would be delivering by the end of the summer - as though it were a fact.

I havent seen it myself - but it makes sense.

Blackbelt, I hope that you won't be disappointed, SEO is very sheap even at 21p.
I have recommended to many friends/colleagues and I wouldn't have done so without very strong belief. OK to lose my money but other peoples? All are happy to date and nice to see our price projection of 100p quoted although i think it will be much sooner than 3 years!!
Baza, well done, nothing wrong at all with buying BPRG, it is a good recovery play, I see it was 27p at one point this morning!! Currently deciding my next move, MOI, GFM, BPRG whilst leaving a little free just in case we have one more bear raid on SEO.

bhunt1910 - 14 Apr 2005 13:40 - 2829 of 27111

Just sold my BPRG shares that I bought yesterday so now have a few more coppers to invest in SEO when they drop to 21 !!

Andy s
I wouldnt mind some sheap at 21p, I found my self on bprg today giving some advice I blame you, thanks.

Do we have to do a deal with Wal-Mart if it is telling it's suppliers to use Greenseal isn't that the same thing.

1910 why are you waiting for 21p I paid 22.5p the other day who care's.

aldwickk - 14 Apr 2005 15:07 - 2831 of 27111

Bhunt1910,
Are you saying that you can trade SEO, CFD's at Barclays Because the last time i phoned them they said they only delt in the FT350.

driver - 14 Apr 2005 15:16 - 2832 of 27111

aldwickk
No you can't this is what 1910 said.

Other CFD's are tradeable online (eg Neteller) - but not SEO - yet.

bhunt1910 - 14 Apr 2005 15:21 - 2833 of 27111

Alswickk

re CFD's - yes I have a CFD account with BSL (Barclays Stockbrokers - which I opened about a month ago) and I have traded in SEO (yesterday was latest). They will not deal on line - but they will deal over the phone at the same rate.

Hope that helps

No wonder they want seo's technology the numbers are huge, got this from the link below.

Despite the recent slowdown, the total case-ready market is still expected to surpass the 2.8 billion packages Keymark Associates, Marietta, Ga., projected for 2005 in its research for Case Ready Meat Packaging Systems 2001-2005 thats less than one-third of the total potential of 9 billion packages. More than one-third of these case-ready packages will come from Wal-Mart, assuming planned growth of 213 stores this year and 240 in the next is fulfilled. http://www.stanelco.devisland.net/

bosley - 14 Apr 2005 17:31 - 2836 of 27111

driver, its been a while since i visited the seo website. this new one is fantastic . its hard not to get extremely bullish when you see names like bnfl and sainsburys mentioned. is this seo's website , or something put together by a fan ?

Dynamite - 14 Apr 2005 18:28 - 2837 of 27111

Put together by a fan Bos...It says so on the front page.

EWRobson - 14 Apr 2005 18:49 - 2838 of 27111

Hello, fanzine club! Enthusiastic as Toon supporters and muuch more to crow about - Chelsea supporters are so laid back but are cock of the walk.

Have a look at the charts and tell me what they say! Breakout from channel is complete and that tells me that share will not return to 19p. Volume remains very healthy; momentum is strong; other indicators are all positive. Collectively, upward pressure remains on sp. Whilst MMs are happy to hold sp back to keep bears and new buyers interested, the dam will be broken by the next good news. Shares has leaked that this will be a Walmart deal on the back of ASDA - almost definitely without an exclusivity deal. Next week? sp to move to 25 or 26p? Last top-up chance saloon tomorrow!

CFDs? Interested that Barclays now prepared to do CFDs on SEO at a much lower commission than blue index who charge 50 a throw, aslo by telephone. bos, check them both out. If you want to do other small-caps AIM shares, probably go for bi as they will trade down to about 30M cap. Key lesson learnt has been to keep a margin that probably should be more than you think. Otherwise you an be hit by a downturn - while the market is sailing along serenely, they will let you run with a negative position, but if the market subsides generally you can find yourself having to put in more cash or close positions. Actually, the latter is not a bad thing as I tend to hold on longer than I should. Most [people treat CFDs as short-term trading instruments, I think, whereas I will be quite happy to keep the positions open for the duration; you are borrowing money at LIBOR + 2% which is a good way of funding your SEO profits in my view.

Good recovery in BPRG today. Well done for that trade, Baza. Nearly had a go myself but I didn't have time to update myself on the fundamentals. Interesting the impact Shares has with YOO dropping heavily and a jump in SEO. As with BPRG, the drop in YOO was short-lived but in both cases a real buying opportunity after many ahve been shaken out with the stop losses. Another example of not going with the herd; hate the wretched things.

cheers di , didnt spot that. i think seo should adopt it , or get him to run theirs. it is far superior than their own which , quite frankly, is shit. dont know who you are , fella, but send balchin an email and i'm sure he will give you the job!!!
eric , will be researching both, thanks. time to play with the bigger boys , i think......

EWRobson - 14 Apr 2005 19:07 - 2840 of 27111

bos. You're a big boy now; in fact a mega-hero to me and, no doubt, to others!

Get the bin bag ready -

Warnings there could be severe problems ahead for SEO.

We must take only facts not fantasy so let us investigate the facts.

The official Stanelco Web Site is http://www.stanelco.co.uk/ - there is no other Stanelco web site anything else you may see on different web sites may be disinformation for ramping purpose.

Do not believe what people say about the EVO report and target of 30p please get a copy of it and read it yourself not a copy and paste or email the real thing you may find that the 30p target is after Asda ( up to 18p) and then Walmart (up to 30p) are confirmed - signed - paid - and machinery being delivered and installed at present there are no orders at all with no orders its back to a very low level SP for SEO. Could it be this 30p target is all being well and in 2007 ?! Read the research paper.

The EVO forecast is for year end reporting 2005 (Prelim 28th Feb 2006 announce) a 900,000GBP pre tax LOSS and loss per share of 0.1p. The EVO forecast then states for financial year end 2006 (Prelim 28th Feb 2007 announce) a forecast pre tax profit of 12.7M GBP and earnings per share of 0.9p this year 2007 reported profit for financial year 2006 being based purely on the speculated Asda deal and others.

This means that the 2006 year end (28th Feb 2007 Prelim) a PE of 29 which shows how ridiculous this all is on todays price.

Walmart have made no comment on SEO Greenseal lidding there is misinformation referencing the USA EF system of Greenseal this is not the SEO Greenseal lidding system.

The Asda deal is NOT CONFIRMED - this is misinformation spread by rampers. Please read the last RNS very carefully, it states that the contract will not come into effect until the system has undergone FURTHER extended testing at three sites and must complete two weeks successful running. This is fact.

The price of SEO at 18p reflected the Asda deal as done and paid it is now above this and also the Asda deal is not done.

SEO in the last RNS (please do read it line by line 24th March 2005) stated that they expected to confirm the Asda deal on the first Monday in April after the extended trials have been successfully completed. There was expectation this was the 11th of April, this has passed - in the meantime the company has been playing perhaps Smoke and Mirrors tactics to divert attention away from the Asda deal not being finalized by giving out pathetic RNSs about engineers and being ready in the USA when again they have no orders.

Do not forget no Asda deal and where does this leave SEO ?

The SEO half year end for reporting is the 30th April 2005 this is why they are desperate to get the Asda deal done before half year end but of course who in Asda is going to take any risk they will want to see successful trials before they commit they are not stupid Asda are being very cautious but SEO are not. Asda have quite rightly signed a contract PENDING further trials at three sites and by due necessity and in writing have a get out option. Asda have not said in any way they will use SEO technology IF IT IS NOT successful in the further trials. No Asda deal and the interims will look even more horrific.

Do not also get fooled by talk of Sainsbury and Tesco and the like look back the first SEO RNS on 9th February 2005 it clearly states and mentions EXCLUSIVITY to Asda what are the terms and conditions Asda will clearly want to be the only one who can use this technology and not let the likes of Tesco and Sainsbury et al have it IF IT IS SUCCESSFUL.

It should also be remembered that with the Asda deal being confirmed before Monday 25th of April - IF IT IS and this being the final Monday in April ref their RNS 24th March about a Monday in April decision the price is then safe to 18 pence and not above.

All in all extreme caution is needed and only take confirmed news from the proper and correct Stanelco website dismiss rumor as rumor, misinformation as misinformation and disinformation as disinformation.

Forward looking dates (Est)

Interim period end (Half Year) 30th April 2005.
AGM 31st May 2005
Interim announcement 29th June 2005
Year end 31st October 2005
Prelim 28th Feb 2006 ( for the loss report that EVO estimates at -900,000 GBP)

The last EVO (Evolution Securities) report on Stanelco is dated the 13th April 2005 and forecast the loss at prelim announcement in Feb 2006 of -900,000 GBP.

EVO web site is :

http://www.uk.evosecurities.com/home/home.aspx

It is interesting to note that Hardman & Co reported on SEO with no recommendation on the 8th of April 2005 estimating pre tax profit in the 2005 (2006 Prelim announce) of over 2M GBP. On the 11th of April KBC Peel gave no recommendation (cannot) and then estimated pre tax profit for year end 2005 of 1.63M and now Evo on the 13th April with the pre tax profit for year end 2005 estimate of LOSS -0.9M.

Time as they say changes everything but what do you make of the falling estimates ?

All IMO and please DYOR proper fact based research that is.
