If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!
Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.
The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.
This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)
If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

kernow,
If you refresh your screen you should see it - this is due to a problem we are aware of, which we are working to resolve.

Ian , could you stick a link from %losers to %gainers on the %losers page and vice versa so you don't have to go back to the market scan page?

The times of previous trades (ie all those not streaming) seems to be an hour out - presumably sticking to British Summer Time, while the time of the streaming trades is correct. I'm sure you would wish to change this before BSummer Time ends. Regards.

Ian,
I have since discovered that if I click on an area outside of the Stockwatch area then use my wheelymouse to scroll the page, my watchlist appears. Strange but true. Not perfect but it will do. Thanks

Here's a good one for you.
Stock ADL (Adval).
Level1 (quote) shows a mid price of 2p and a rise of 6.67%
Level2 shows (correctly) a mid price of 1.88p and no movement in price.

BT,
I can't say that I lost connection here and all is working correctly, but I will pass this comment onto JT to go with your other reports.
Thanks

Something odd at log in this morning. After entering log on details I had endless clicking/cycling with eventually a return to the log on screen - but I'm also logged on!
