MELDEX. Double your money- quicktime. (MDX)

kitosdad - 12 Dec 2007 16:20

The engines have fired up at last for MDX. ( BPRG ) At long last they are being recognised for the force they will become over the next two years. On the cusp of disclosing huge revenue-earning deals with Global pharmacists. These have been hinted at as being unrolled before the years end, but may be in the next days. You still have time to get in at a bargain-basement price before the SP takes off for real shortly.

B J Muncaster - 23 Sep'08 - 13:55

Look, in attempt to cut down on the number of posts talking about what we want to see in the interim statement here's a copy of a note I sent early this month to someone who does have influence; at least I think so! This note set out what I want to see in the statement and I hope I've made my point.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------
The interim statement is an opportunity to stop the incessant emails, abuse, phone calls and other time wasting activities generated by the PIs who, to be fair to them, feel disenfranchised in terms of meaningful information.

We do not need a chemistry lesson. So any description or comment about specific products should be couched in simple to understand language with more complex details made available on the website.

Key points for clarification:

Cash:
Shareholders and the market at large have no idea about the ability of the Company to meet its working capital requirements for the next twelve months. This uncertainty is the main reason for the lack of buying.

Given the growth in revenues and the requirement to build inventory to service sales and resources to finance debtors, nobody expects the Company to be sitting on a pile of cash. But if cash is relatively tight and no comment is made about access to cash, either by a standby facility or factoring, then the market will think a cheap fundraising is on the immediate horizon. So its extremely important to spell out precisely how the Company is meeting and plans to meet its cash flow needs.

Sales:
We know sales revenue is derived from a broad range of products; around 155 different ones the last time I heard. 155 is too big a number to warrant details about each product, and thats OK. But what is needed is very clear details about the market reach and sales generated from the following high profile lines (all subject of bullish RNSs over the last twelve months):

SCP/NRT
TabWrap/FastWrap analgesic tablets
Rocgel
Daosin

Plus, of course, any other products that produce a significant chunk of the revenues.

PIs have not forgotten about RTs comments over a year ago about a major film supply contract for a customer in the US expected to generate $5-6M p.a.. What happened/is happening to this?

Royalty/fee income:
Its no longer acceptable to mention royalty or fee income without providing actual numbers. The term Significant royalties (as was the case when referring to the first receipt from FMC) is meaningless in todays market. Tell us what the number is and well decide if its significant to our investment. Same goes for any development fee income; obviously wed like to know the source of any fees, but if disclosure of the payee is restricted by NDA then say so.

Partner Programmes/deals:
Again, its no longer acceptable to just refer to some of the worlds leading pharma companies. Most other companies having deals with pharma partners are quite capable of mentioning the name of the partner, and when I was running BPRG I was able to announce deals with P&G, Bristol Myers, Wyeth, Nestle, Boots, Perrigo, FMC, Convatec and so on and so forth, all large corporations. So I do not accept for one minute that the Company is unable to name names.

FMC readily answer questions about the progress of NRobe and its Chairman has no problem referring to it in bullish terms in his annual report. Yet aside from the earlier comment about royalties we hear nothing from MDX about its progress and prospects. If FMC meets its minimum obligation under the agreement I negotiated (I know RT made some changes to this, and I dont know what the changes were), then the probable income from FMC would go a long way to underpinning the Companys current market cap all by itself.

Kit:
How many TabWrap and other machines do we have and where are they? If some, e.g. the Meltums machine are just prototype stage, then say so. We can live with accurate information!

Management:

Obviously we need a steer about the planned make-up of the executive team post RT.

Its time the Company had a full-time internal bod responsible for communications. Currently it seems as though the job is handled by anyone and everyone on a low priority basis. The web-site is a shambles (even the copyright is still 2007!), RNSs are inconsistent, often wrong requiring amendments and usually full of typos. We need one person to own the function; Im sure youd welcome that as it would make your job much easier.

Terminology:
We really must have a clear definition of launch. I know RT had a go at it last year, but its meaning is still not clear in PIs minds. We could do with a chart on the website showing:
Product name
Its status i.e. where is it in the following chain - development, trials, pre-production, production, distribution, retail.
Its availability i.e. territories where it can be purchased.

ptholden - 23 Sep 2008 16:38 - 2836 of 8631

Who cares what some muppet posts on t'other side? A 50% rise in the SP leading up to or post results gets the SP back to 36p. 50% rise likely? I think not, no run up so far by the rampers, which perhaps means reality has at last sunk in after 5 years of hype. For once I agree with Tabbytwat, I would expect turnover to be in line with the figures recently released, anthing less and MDX will get slaughtered. Where I do expect there to be a significant problem is the net profit, I think the astronomical increase in energy and associated costs will reduce the profit margin substantially. Sub 20p on the cards.

So why not save your breath and come back after you have shorted at 8p.

It seems you are just baiting banjomick here. No-one is forcing you to read this site or agree with what is posted here, I think banjomick has explained that this is mainly for his and others use to find out up to date information re MDW. Therefore it follows banjomick will update with website updates, RNSs and anything else he discovers if you don't like that or find it of no value, then don't read it.

Treblewide - 01 Sep 2008 12:53 - 854 of 855

He's such a tonic and clearly an expert, pity we've never seen any of his own research, just copy and pastes of the bitter and twisted ramblings of the BPRG has been.

tabasco - 24 Sep 2008 08:38 - 2848 of 8631

A very good morning to all mdx investorsto all the others that post on this siteyour wasting your time...revenues projected for /08 50-60 million profit 8+ tab wrap technology now being appliedthe growth of the companies pipeline hard to keep up with.but SP fighting against those that have the shares vs those that want themI have a good six figure investment with this company and know many mdx PIs that also have that commitment+ the market crisis disguises the manipulationalso drawing a direct comparison against many ftse100 companies from the beginning of the year you will find even at these levels it is mostly market trend!
This is what I own for my 41p shares you could own the same for 24p or would you rather move into financials or housing or retail or Ladbrokes and shorting is a dieing tradeI know what my best hedge would be.

Technologies

TABWRAP is a patented high-speed continuous process for wrapping tablets or caplets in an ingestible or edible film sheet.

FASTWRAP -

XLWRAP -

WAFERTAB is a drug delivery system that incorporates pharmaceutical actives into an ingestible film strip. The system provides rapid dissolution and release of actives when the strip comes into contact with saliva in the mouth.

SOLULEAVES technology is used to produce a range of oral delivery films that can incorporate active ingredients, colours and flavours, and dissolve rapidly on contact with saliva. (Ronflux, oral freshening strips).

SWOLLO technology provides a liquid-filled oral capsule dosage form to the pharmaceutical industry.

NROBE technology consists of a process, equipment and film to produce NROBE dosage forms. The active pharmaceutical ingredient and excipients are lightly compressed and enrobed between two films and sealed to provide a compacted, coated dosage form to the pharmaceutical industry*.

SEPTUM provides a flexible two format dose form in any combination of liquid/ liquid, liquid/ solid and solid/ solid ingredients.

FOAMBURST is a special variant of the SOLULEAVES technology where gas is introduced into the film during production. This results in a film with a honeycombed structure which dissolves rapidly giving a 'melt in the mouth' sensation. FOAMBURST can be used for drug delivery but has also attracted interest from food and confectionary manufacturers as a means of carrying and releasing flavours.

SOLUPOL is a novel method for delivering liquid dosage forms, especially to those who are unable to swallow

MELTUMS (TM)
Higher dosage, non-strip version of soluleaves, drug delivery to those who cannot swallow / geriatric/paediatric market - ADHD, Alzheimers, Parkinsons. SCP smoking cessation product. Nutritional supplement range to launch in EU abling technology during Q4 2008.

All of the above for 24p.if you do not hold any mdx shares you cannot voteif you do not vote your opinion is not valid.and what purpose would your opinion serve? If I supported Man. Citywhat would be the point of telling Alex Ferguson who to sign.unless it was some nobber like treblewide or gay boy potty or big fat bouncy castle owner al..in which case they would weaken the team and so give Man City an advantage for all my help..Moral of the analogy your help aint helpful..So fuck off!

Morning Tabby, there's no denying MDX have an excellent R&D pipeline but the important stuff for investors will come out next Tuesday. Let's hope there's no need for these eh?! :- DBP130 - Anti-Diarrhoea Soluleaves

Clearly you have bought at totally the wrong times Tabbytwat, even more so since you claim to avergaing down :) Your six figure 'investment' is by definition showing at least a 45,000 loss!!! You are certainly a wise man and one to follow - ummm, I think not. (PS when are you going to admit you're still reading my posts? ROFLMAO)

One thing I would really like to see next week is the announcement of a new CEO, one who really knows what he's doing and can actually do a good job of running the company. The Muppet show is over hopefully.
