He was posturing and grandstanding as a World leader, instead of appraising the problems appropriately. He was jumping on the pedestal and cynically using the situation for internal political reasons.

Miliband, didn't propose not to support USA or Intervention in Syria, but to await the "evidence" and UN decision.

The barbarities of similar nature have happening in Syria for over 2 years and longer.

The UK does not have the muscle or economy to support the grandiose proposals of the present government.
