ASOS have dropped quite significantly in the past week for no particular reason and I view this as the perfect opportunity to invest as I can see them bouncing right back up to the 5.50p mark in the next 2-3 weeks. STRONG BUY!!

Online fashion store ASOS's sales continued to slow in the final weeks of the year to March, though a pick-up in April means it is now more confident over 2010 than previously.
"The new year has started very positively, retail sales are up 56% in April (UK +25% and International +148%)," chief executive Nick Robertson said.
"We are approaching this year with considerably more confidence. Demand for our spring / summer ranges have been very strong and the Internet continues to outperform the other retail channels," he added.
ASOS added that sales for the year to March just ended rose by 35% to 223m, while profits will be in line with market forecasts. Retail sales for the 12 months to 31 March 2010 were up 38% to 206m. UK retail sales rose by 23% and international retail sales by 101%, (28% of retail sales).
In January, ASOS reported sales were up by 38% for the 42 weeks to 17 January with UK sales up by 25% and international by 102% over the 42-week period, suggesting sales growth slowed over the final three months of last year.

KBC Peel Hunt is maintaining its 'wait-and-see' attitude on online retailer ASOS but sees scope for revenue upgrades as sales momentum builds in the retailer's key territories.
"ASOS remains one of the few genuine organic retail growth stocks, with further progress to be delivered in the UK and overseas, although the latter remains the growth engine in our forecasts," KBC analyst John Stevenson said. The US, French and German web sites remain on track to open this year, the company said.
With a price/earnings ratio of 23 based on projected 2011 earnings the stock rates no more than a 'hold' in KBC's view. The broker has left its price target unchanged at 500p.
