SUPERSCAPE - TECHNOLOGY FOR THE FUTURE. (SPS)

Happy1 - 03 Mar 2004 22:47

Superscape was founded nearly twenty years ago, and has been dedicated throughout its history to the development of ground-breaking software technology for the creation and delivery of innovative, high quality interactive 3D applications.
Over the years, Superscape has amassed unparalleled expertise and experience in the development of 3D software capable of working within the constraints of limited memory devices, slow processor speeds and strictly controlled file sizes.

Drawing on this knowledge, Superscape has established a world-leading position in the development of industry-standard 3D technology and applications for mobile devices. The company's Swerve technology has been developed specifically for wireless environments in close collaboration with ARM, and comprises a 3D engine (Swerve Client), authoring tools (Swerve Studio) and a broad portfolio of 3D content, with particular emphasis on 3D games. Swerve is being adopted on a global basis by many of the mobile industry's leading players, together with world-renowned content and brand organisations.

Superscape has corporate headquarters in Hook, Hampshire (UK) and San Clemente, California (USA) with regional offices in Tokyo and Sydney. The company is quoted on the London Stock Exchange (LSE: SPS).

Superscape (SPS) has received various tips in the press and by Analysts recently which will certainly give impetous to the share price. Indicators are looking good with the RSI rising off an oversold position and the MACD crossing showing BULLISH signs for the stock.

The mobile gaming market is still in it's infancy but the projected revenue is enormous. Mobile operators are looking at tapping the Gameboy market as they feel that users will not want to carry around a multitude of technology and if they have a mobile phone which can double as a gaming station than people will prefer this option.

People should also look at the recent contracts which SPS have signed for their technology. This is a technology company which could well be a great success in 2004.

we could be off another nice little rally today....

joehargan1 - 03 Nov 2004 09:40 - 286 of 707

next stop 70p.

ehall - 03 Nov 2004 13:44 - 287 of 707

Joe, I think that it will go to 80p rather than 70p, this is the value on the company by EVO, also, we should hear of three more network operators by xmas, the only news coming out is good news. VOD are advertising 3d games now as their main drive towards their 'live' offering, this is how big uperscape are set to become.

mg - 03 Nov 2004 17:49 - 288 of 707

I like the Stochs chart - seems to be pointing to at least 80p - where I might take some profits ready to get back on any pull back.

This has been a beauty for me - first double ganger for a while.

hlyeo98 - 04 Nov 2004 12:51 - 289 of 707

Heading to 80p!

Jumpin - 04 Nov 2004 12:55 - 290 of 707

ehall, yes I saw a VOD advert last night on TV about the games on mobiles

ehall - 04 Nov 2004 13:52 - 291 of 707

Lots of big trades today, nice to see some really good volumes as the majority are buys or rollovers, don't forget that we should have 3 more operators by xmas including Orange!

hlyeo98 - 04 Nov 2004 22:33 - 292 of 707

this is spurting up north

skids - 08 Nov 2004 13:16 - 293 of 707

hi all,

So I'm back from holiday and SPS look stable at 60p (the expected target from what I read on some analyst reports). Nov and Dev should result in some more news about take-up of new 3G handsets and I think SPS are at some shows soon too. Could be good for a move to 70/80 with the right news by end of year.

skids - 10 Nov 2004 08:14 - 294 of 707

SPS could be heading to 65p today if this momentum continues.

ehall - 10 Nov 2004 08:16 - 295 of 707

agree, good mention in the VOD announcement, trialled embedded games on 3G phones as well, all good news!

sandrew64 - 10 Nov 2004 08:35 - 296 of 707

Well if my friends are typical of what we can expect this Xmas,we will all be laughing. More and more of them are getting 3G phones ...brilliant deal 15. per month loads of free minutes etc. Shame I'm just into a new contract or I'd have one as well.

skids - 10 Nov 2004 11:00 - 297 of 707

Well chaps I hate to say I told you so, but it looks as though 65p will be the minimum peak today (see below). Fanatastic news worth a lot of money, don't be tempted to sell before you read and try and calculate how much this is worth!

80p is now possible before xmas IMO. What do you all think?

SUPERSCAPE'S 3D MOBILE GAMES SELECTED BY VODAFONE FOR 3G LAUNCH

Superscape Group plc (LSE: SPS), a leading publisher of mobile games, announces
that three of the company's 3D titles have been selected by Vodafone for
inclusion in the global launch of Vodafone live! with 3G on November 10th 2004

Kevin Roberts, CEO Superscape Group plc said: 'This is a fantastic endorsement
of Superscape's 3D games, and I am delighted that we have been selected to play
such an active role in the launch of Vodafone live! with 3G. Vodafone live!
with 3G will provide an outstanding showcase for Superscape's 3D games whilst at
the same time setting a new benchmark in mobile gaming offerings for others in
the industry to seek to emulate.'

MikeHardman - 10 Nov 2004 11:38 - 298 of 707

Agree 80p might be the next target, but on support/resist levels, that's going back to 1999 - a tad far, perhaps. Would not be surprised if 80p did not turn out to be significant, but there's bound to be sellers cashing in on the way to 100p. Hopefully, I'll not be one of them:)

hlyeo98 - 10 Nov 2004 13:24 - 299 of 707

SPS has a great potential in view of its multiple contracts....will reach 100p without much difficulty. Impressive EPS of 7.1

skids - 10 Nov 2004 13:29 - 300 of 707

hlyeo98,

don't you mean -7.1 EPS? I think 80p is about right by end of year, 100p might be too far too soon.

hlyeo98 - 10 Nov 2004 15:24 - 301 of 707

SPS is achievable at 1

xmortal - 14 Nov 2004 21:04 - 302 of 707

I bought a new mobile this weekend and downloaded the Resident Evil, I must say it is great quality. It cost 5 quid per game. I feel this is a money making machine. I should have stayed when it was 30p back in spring. I guess I can still jump on board, will wait for some temporal weakness in the price. Good luck to all holders

skids - 15 Nov 2004 14:18 - 303 of 707

You can pickup SPS for under 60p through Comdirect at the moment. Shouldn't last too long.

Whilst there is a general upward trend SPS are marking time at present when you consider the ongoing positive comment. Considering there miniscule turnover of 1Million it would take very little increased activity from the new phones/vodafone et al to be able to make a dynamic statement eg if they trade 160K in a month (say October) they can report forecast annual sales doubled with more to come!!!I think some of the numbers SPS would have to do to set the world alight seem like a walk in the park!
I know over confidence is a bad thing but bought this company the day I first read about them and the potential ( as my son would say )is scary! -All IMO
