Envesta Telecom (EVS)

paulbrooks71 - 19 Jan 2005 12:17

Have a look at todays news threads for EVS, great first half results, important acquisition announced, more exciting news promised in February. Up 25% so far today.

Haystack - 14 May 2005 19:44 - 286 of 305

The stock closed down below the 4p support level. No one is trying to get people to dump stock at all. I am not sure what the motive would be anyway. I have no intention of buying EVS.

I am not convinced by the broker's bullish comments. House brokers comments are worth very little. How often have house brokers told people that a company was doing badly. It might be more convincing if an independant analyst made supportive comments.

It looks to me as though the MMs expect this to be down more next week, but that is just my opinion.

If you look at the TA for EVS and take some short term and long term moving averages then a 'dead cross' looks very close (short term moving averages crossing below long term moving averages). I have picked 20, 50, 100 and 200 day weighted moving averages and some of the MAs are crossing already. It looks quite soon before several more occur.

Well, having been watching EVS since being tipped by someone not on these boards I still havn't dipped in yet. I can see two arguments here, firstly the positive comments of grevis/ms and others, L&G stumping up 1m at 5.75p and pension funds/directors buying not to mention projected growth forecasts.
On the downside, the support still isn't clear IMO and I would rather pay more and be sure. Good Luck to those in EVS.

jimmy b - 26 May 2005 14:24 - 290 of 305

What do you mean 150 000 max your allowed to buy ?

FLOPPYJOE - 26 May 2005 14:49 - 291 of 305

Try and buy any online and that is the max that the mms will offer you.Anything above that and you will have to deal through your broker.

If what you said is true why do you follow this share and bother posting.

moneyplus - 28 May 2005 01:08 - 294 of 305

Barry--wrong thread! This is for those who believe in the company-patience will pay off.

Haystack - 30 May 2005 14:26 - 295 of 305

Even the House broker Seymour Pierce only predict a share price of 6.5p for next year and house brokers tend to be over optimistic. That would indicate tat the current share price may be too high for the current year already.

Was EVS down today? I think it was!

Argy2 - 08 Jun 2005 18:29 - 301 of 305

Still over 100% above your forcast of 2p though I believe

Haystack - 08 Jun 2005 18:45 - 302 of 305

A price of 2p is a long term target and a valuation, 3p is a closer target. It may get stuck above that level. You can never tell the sort of stocks that people keep. No matter what the evidence they just hang on to them.

peteark - 10 Jun 2005 08:50 - 303 of 305

As shareholders in the company I believe everyone should at least sign up as a dealer. The advantages of doing this are:

1. It costs you nothing except a little time
2. You will be able to earn commission on all your external and internal calls
3. The company are offering a 5% bonus on commission rates for the next 3 months
4. You will be doing your bit for your company

For more information on becoming a dealer please email pete@085.ndo.co.uk

I am a registered Super Dealer, and will be able to get you started straight away.

ptholden - 10 Jun 2005 09:09 - 304 of 305

How much commission do you earn from each new dealer you introduce to EVS?

peteark - 10 Jun 2005 10:45 - 305 of 305

To be honest I dont think it has been completly finalised pt, however I believe if I start up a dealer and they bring in over 5000 of revenue to the company, then I will earn commission. As for the dealers themselves, being signed up by the company or a super dealer makes no difference to them financially. The good thing about being signed up by a super dealer is you dont have to wait weeks to get started. Hope that answered your question.
