Will this increase or decrease the likelihood of terrorist actions in America, Europe and the rest of the world?
If you were a member of a family murdered in this conflict, would you be seeking revenge?
Should Tzipi Livni and Ehud Olmert, be tried for war crimes if or when this conflict comes to an end?
What will the price of oil be in 4 weeks time?

Superior to who the ragheads, that could be right. Bernard Madden my hero, was superior to the rest of his mob.

'I said that we did not need it because of Nato. That is true....'
Wrong
'....but you just want to be pedantic.'
Wrong agian, just pointing out your constant disinformation and ill-informed opinion
'..... you really do get quite boring.'
Possibly correct, I'll leave others to make that judgement, as the most boring man on the planet Greg, you're not best placed to offer an opinion, but then being an expert on that particualr subject, possibly you are :-)

oh assuredly the ragheads and sand-wallahs, but in particular to the BNP and AWB and its followers (and their ilk) who have to hide behind a facade of so-called nationalism, bravado and bullying and bullshit in a vain attempt to disguise their innate inferiority

Yes, we can get rid of Trident and rely on Nato. Other members of Nato do not have nuclear weapons and neither do we have to have them. It just requires the will to change our current agreements. It won't change overnight and would probably take a few years, but we can do it.

i would be quite careful about arguing the need for nuclear deterrent with peter as he has the background to have a better idea of what he is talking about than you, or indeed most/all of the rest of us

Cynic - Haystack's trolling. The veracity or stupidity of his arguments are irrelevant to him. He's just trying to get a rise. I've met the guy many times. In real life he's not nearly as daft as he seems on this thread.

Actually, I agree Trident (or its replacement) can be disposed of (dependant on the political will to do so) whether we need the deterrent is an entirely different argument; it was the 'rely on NATO' comment that had me popping multiple ribs :-)

At one point I suspected haymaker might be a wind up merchant, but what sort of mentality bothers to churn out the sh*t he does. Same with fred the other nazi, plus clubman. At least fahel doesn't try to hide his hatred.
WYSIWYG.
What sort of lives do these people lead trolling BBs with nonsense.
Pathetic

"in real life he's not nearly as daft as he seems on this thread. "
That's the closest I expect to come to a compliment.
Technically I do have a Jewish friend. I have been friends with Gausie on Facebook for quite a time. I don't really use Facebook and only joined up because my son wanted me to to donate him some poker chips for the online poker game. The trouble is that everytime I log on, I get presented with hundreds of suggested friends that I might like to acquire. I think that about 90% of them are Gausie's family, which seems to be huge and the rest are my son's classmates.

"Technically I do have a Jewish friend"
Oh goody, goody. Aren't you just the liberated man of the world. An internationalist, no less. Proof, according to you, that you can't be anti-semitic and a man of hate - and why - because you have a Jewish "friend" on facebook. Wow...........
A friend is a friend and it doesn't matter what race, religion, sex(uality), nationality, (s)he is.
A friend is a friend regardless.
Get it?
No, I didn't think so.
A nation state is made up of widely different people, only an idiot condemns an entire nation.
Anyone who hates a whole country has something seriously wrong with them.
I suppose you hated all of America when Bush was President, but now with Obama all America is wonderful, huh?

You are a pretty humourless person. So now I am 'nazi filth'. I am not sure what that makes you.
Actually I quite liked Bush, not so keen on Obama.

Hard left, "mate".
Anti Nazi League, remember?
Credit where it's due, at least you have a tiny bit of sense to realise the sun doesn't shine out of Obama's backside.
He makes Jimmy Carter look capable and a man of vision.

Anti Nazi League,
otherwise known as nutters.
The Anti Nazi league cause more troube than there is most of the time. They seek to supress the viewpoint of people they disagree with. If there are BNP or NF meetings they try and disrupt them. You can see by the way that Nick Griffin was allowed to appear on Question Time that when they have an opportunity to air their views people realise that they are idiots. The Anti Nazi League were at the Television Centre on the night and were trying to stop Griffin from appearing. The more you try and supress them the more their supporters follow them.
I see that the ANL was setup by another bunch of nutters - The Socialist Workers Party.

Thanks for the video. It is very funny.
It seems to be suggesting, by extension, that the USA should return their land to the native Indians.
I also like the last thing said, which is the funniest "if God said it then that settles it".

The UN human rights council (UNHRC) approved with a comfortable majority a draft resolution to form an international inquiry commission to investigate Israel's deadly attack on the Freedom Flotilla on May 31, which took place in international waters.
The European campaign to end the siege said in a press release that the UNHRC announced Monday the names of the commission's members, which includes prominent international human rights experts and jurists.
Israel has announced its own inquiry but some governments have expressed scepticism about its credibility.
.................
Israel has asked the UN to suspend attempts to organise an international inquiry into a deadly raid on a ship trying to break the blockade of Gaza.
Israeli Defence Minister Ehud Barak said any inquiry should be shelved because new attempts to breach the blockade were still being organised.
..................
In a related context, the Dutch foreign ministry informed coordinator of the European campaign to end the siege Amin Abu Rashed and Dutch citizen Anna Da Yong, who participated in the Freedom Flotilla, that it will take care of all expenses of the lawsuit filed by them against Israel.
Abu Rashed, who is also a Dutch citizen, said in a press release that he and Da Yong last Thursday filed a lawsuit against the Israeli government on a charge of kidnapping them at sea and detaining them without the presence of a lawyer and claimed compensation for all material and moral damage done to them during and after the attack.
