I bought shares in this company at 4.5p in September 2003. I see they are rising. Can anyone tell me please the growth potential for this company as they have just been awarded several new contracts ?

Mkt cap today ?5.22m...
FY03 revenue....good chance of ?2m+
FY03 profit.....good chance of ?500k
TDI sales to leading exchanges (inc 2 in US) already & more in pipeline (?500k+ per sale, plus ongoing support fees
12 ProphetX clients sold in UK this year, target market for ProphetX to be worth over two hundred million pounds per annum in Europe.
Based on their forecasts for 04/05/06....which we don't know but could guess would be profits of at least ?1m/?2.5m/?5m respectively......can anyone see the directors accepting a valuation any less than ?10m+....and probably more like ?15m+...based on a realisitic P/E of only 15 for year 04 ??
A Very Strong Buy.
Best Wishes,
Sue.

RNS's must be imminent for the MMs to try and trigger stop losses to gather stock.

The mm's will be kept in the picture by the brokers dealing with the funding....if they've still got a few more days to play with...I would not be surprised to see this pulled back to 9p.....and then an almighty mark-up pre-announcement that would not allow anyone to get in between say 10-15p....I'm very happy topping up at these levels !!
Best Wishes.

Yes Leslienicholls, just a routine weekly treeshaking exercise the MMs have been doing every week. Refer to my earlier post, this is a great buying price.

Sue.

Very encouraging and affirms my strong buy rating on this stock.
Charting may not be that relevant for CWV at the moment....however Investtech has them as a strong buy candidate right now:
Buy Candidate (Medium term) - Nov 17, 2003
Has risen 533% since the bottom on 13 Jun 2002 at 1.50. Has broken the rising trend up, which indicates an even stronger rising rate.

Pretty good close today with only a marginal percentage loss. The bid went back to 9.25 pence towards close which is a good sign for tomorrow. In addition, we had another 100,000 MM buy at 9.5 pence which was very good. Also, volume picked up in the afternoon session with the majority of the trades all buys.
Best Wishes,
Sue

Next RNS within days to confirm CWV have just raised further funds to deploy their proprietary TDI software on a global basis to all major financial exchanges...thye have secured 2 leading US exchanges and 1 UK exchange this year and need global sales & deployment capability...most probably through strategic partners....plus they will provide a trading update on significantly improved financial position during 2003 as a result of TDI and ProphetX sales in the UK...and just perhaps announce the European rights to distribute ProphetX on the back of their exclusive UK contract.
A VERY STRONG BUY.
GoodNight.
