INTELLIGENT INVESTING WITH BANJO,well sort of! (Ed-hmmmm-lol)

Galleon Holdings plc has three key divisions:Galleon Entertainment for entertainment type IP,Croco Worldwide for product IP,Phoenix for interactive TV services for broadcasters in China/South East Asia which includes Robot Information Technology (Lushy Assets ('Yunbo')) who are a wireless interactive platform service provider in China who will work alongside Phoenix to enable GON to hold on to a greater part of the generated revenue and so increase the profit margin......think that's the plan! :-)

This makes Galleon Holdings a 'One Stop Shop' to develop and complete new and existing IP's.

Statement Re. Additional TV Placement for Animated Property 'Skunk Fu!'

Galleon is pleased to announce that 'Skunk Fu!,' the animated TV series that is
currently in production, has signed a number of further international broadcast
agreements including ABC, Australia's number one children's channel, and Canal
J, the number one children's entertainment satellite channel in France. The
show, which will air on BBC next year, will now also be in the German,
Australian, French, Swedish and Irish markets and discussions are at an advanced
stage with the major US networks.

Galleon controls global licensing and merchandising for the property in addition
to being a joint owner of the property.

Licensing and merchandising deals are currently being negotiated for
multi-territory categories like toys and games as well as local deals in each
territory in which the brand will be visible.

'Skunk Fu!,' tells the stories of a skunk who has to learn the ways of Kung Fu
'animal style' after accidentally being dropped in China by a wayward stork.
Stephen Green, Chief Executive of Galleon said, 'We can already see the global
appeal of this show with major broadcast platforms secured in UK & Eire,
Germany, France, Sweden and Australia and advanced discussions with US
broadcasters. This coupled with the strong product applications of the brand
means that we are able to engage in significant licensing and merchandising
deals at an early stage.'

"Galleon specialises in creating and exploiting IP targeted at children and the family market. It has a unique mix of businesses with two divisions - Croco, its in-pack premiums production company, complementing Galleon Entertainment, its IP operations. The company is in the process of moving from an unprofitable early stage company to a profit generating business with on-air properties."

Also from the link:

GALLEON
Galleon is new to our coverage list this month and has had good news from
both its major business streams. Croco, which designs and produces inpack
premiums (the little things you find in your cereal packet), has won a
major contract which will produce a fee of 317k fordesign and development. If
the design is used, Crocowill receive major orders.

We believe orders in this area are frequently in the 5-10m range at the top
end, though margins are relatively slim.Further, Galleon Entertainment, which
creates and markets IP inthe childrens entertainmentsector, has signed further
broadcasting deals for itsSkunk Fu! animated series.

It had already signed RTL in Germany, as well as UKbroadcast, and now adds
Canal J in France and ABC in Australia. This increases the number of territories in which the show will be aired and thus increases Galleon Entertainments merchandising capability.

Galleon has also indicated that it is in advanced negotiations with major US
networks. Adding the US to its territories would in our opinion be a major coup and could double the revenues from the show.

London Indies selected to showcase the best of British tv and film

This will be the UK's largest ever presence at the event, and will be the first year for the dedicated 'UK indies pavilion'. Aimed at showcasing the UK's vibrant independent production sector to the world, the launch of the pavilion will create an important new destination for buyers seeking out content from one of the world's most dynamic and creative TV markets.

As some of the shining examples of what the UK has to offer, the event will be an opportunity for Cake Entertainment in Westminster, Diverse Production and Steadfast Television both in Hammersmith, MercuryMedia International in Kensington and Chelsea, Tigerlily Films in Tower Hamlets and West Park Pictures in Lambeth, to showcase their work to an international audience, opening up potential new business partnerships.

CAKE entertainment is a children's and animated programme producer and distributor and specialises in the management of intellectual properties.

Genevieve Dexter and Tom van Waveren have recently merged their companies, Hoek, Line & Thinker Productions and CAKE entertainment, and jointly trade under the CAKE entertainment name.

CAKE Distribution is a subsidiary which currently has a catalogue of approximately 150 hours of children's and family programming with an emphasis on animation.

All production activities are taking place within Hoek, Line & Thinker Productions, which is currently involved in the production of SKUNK FU! for BBC, Super RTL, Canal J, SVT, S4C and TG4 Ireland.

CAKE entertainment seeks to partner with animation production companies and developers to raise finance via co-production structures, pre-sales in major territories for their development projects and through seeking and making production investments.

CAKE entertainment is actively looking for new projects to add to its portfolio. These should be projects that are strikingly original and commercially promising. This also means that we have a preference for projects that are more than just TV propositions alone.

Re. Major Manufacturing Contract

Further to the announcement on 7 July 2006, in which the Company stated that it
had received an initial contract for the development and manufacture of a
bespoke children's toy premium for a multi-territory in-pack promotion, Galleon
is pleased to announce today that this has led to the first manufacturing order
being placed for the supply of over 80 million units for 1.12 million (1.68M).

This first order has been placed with Galleon's wholly owned subsidiary Croco
Worldwide Sourcing Limited ('Croco') by a major United States fast moving
consumer goods company and is initially for four countries although the
promotion is intended for a global roll out.

Galleon CEO, Stephen Green, commented,

'Croco has now moved into a new level of operations. We are earning a reputation
in this sector as the worlds best product IP developers for in-pack premiums and
this is leading to strategic relationships and development deals such as this.
This is Croco's largest order to date and as it covers only four countries we
are hopeful that this will be rolled out into other territories resulting in
further orders. We will continue to keep the market informed as this promotion
rolls out.'

About time banjo. I thought we were begining to get moving this time last year. However, I feel the rise in sp is just a knee jerk reaction to income from the 'plastic toys in cereal packets' contract (and will probably correct back down to last weeks levels after a while). The bigger value in this company lies in the animations, cartoons and films and all the associated IPR. Can't see why investors don't see the bigger picture.

I'm still happy with the company, though. Hasn't ever put a foot wrong (IMHO). Just have to wait for the full potential to be realised.
