If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!
Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.
The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.
This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)
If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

Kayak,
Seems to be a general thing across the boards - the FTSE was held during the auction.

Oh actually I'm just being stupid. Of course everything held in the auction.

IanT: Thanks your help a few days ago re my problems with streaming...strangely it was due to the IE Pop-Up blocker being ON! Just letting you know in case the solution to my problem helps someone else one day.
Re Data: When trying to set up a 3 month Bar/Candle Chart on VOD it is heavily squashed due to a data spike somewhere. Grateful someone sorts it out.
Thanks John

Stocks PAP and ICGC seem to be priced in Euros today - hence the falls of 98%.
Is this a one day wonder or will they continue to be priced in Euros ?

Strange behaviour being exhibited by the DAX index (epic DEX.). The day's intraday chart does not display until 9.00am UK time (10.00 DAX time). When it is displayed, the hour just gone (the DAX opens at the same time as the FTSE) is also displayed. I think it's a summer time type problem. The streaming chart is fine. Also as previously pointed out, both the intraday and streaming charts have a scale that runs to 8pm DAX time even though the DAX closes at 6pm.

Kayak,
Thank you for pointing this out to us - I will get JT to take a look into this and see if we can get the time problem solved.
Thanks

Mickinvest - we did have a slight problem at opening this morning, but this has now been resolved - can you please close down your browser and restart and this should clear it for you.
If you are still having difficulties, feel free to mail me at ian@moneyam.com

Ian,
There appears to be some anomolies between streaming and html stockwatch bid/offer atm, examples BT.A, FTO, OOM. Given the earlier problems any idea which is right?
