The "number unread" column doesn't work. When you come back to the site (and log-in again) the number unread is being reset to the number of messages in the thread.
Also, though I can't put my finger on what the exact circumstances are, I'm havoing to log-in over and over again, which is really getting on my wick.

tullettj - In the FAQ it describes the different options (or should do).
"Q: Why do you have so many different levels of subscription on offer?
A: This is to enable our subscribers to choose the level that is most applicable to their needs. The different levels of subscription are as follows"
Could you finish off the description of the 3 options?
Thanks

alecm,
If you click on the our services banner (flashing blue and orange on the homepage), this will bring you up a breakdown on the different levels of subscription.
Hope this helps Ian

Ian, the fact that the question keeps being asked means the information needs to be much more easily available. Most people never read the home page. I tried looking for the information one evening and couldn't find it for the life of me until someone else posted a URL. Suggest you put it also in the more obvious places, e.g. under the register tab (which by the way gives me page not found from here) and under Upgrade Subscription Level from My Account.

Well done !

Unable to place in my portfolio
IsharesFTSE100.
Any reason for this?
Thanks

The '2p' bug is now fixed.
Anything you buy and sell in a transaction should be the EPIC code of a stock,
which "IsharesFTSE100" isn't. You can use 'UKX' to get the effect of buying the
FTSE index, but this is meaningless without an appropriate scaling factor, and
the system won't display a company name (because there isn't one).

Right, cracked my first problem (thanks for all the response and suggestions!) - it's happens (I think) when you click on the Investor's room, but you haven't yet logged in

Presumably colsec was trying to add EPIC ISF rather than typing "IsharesFTSE100" into the box. I find I can add it, but strangely the name of the stock is not known. It should be "IsharesFTSE100", of course. Ishares are a special type of investment fund which track the indices they represent.

I have just had a job to get streaming prices at all although they were working earlier.
I also find that sometimes the prices freeze and leave you with a page that is not updating although you might not realise it at first.
