themutual.net.....any thoughts? (TMN)

planttec - 15 Aug 2003 09:06

A fairly recent article on 'themotleyfool.co.uk' sent the price of these shares soaring.
A small consumer information .com which is hyped as a contender in the market place.

4. themutual.net (LSE: TMN)

An e-mail marketer with 433,000 subscriber names on its books. Almost unique in dotcom-land due to its current profitability. In fact, operating margins are an incredible 40% and turnover growth last year was 67%. With 0.7m in the bank and pre-tax profits anticipated to triple to 1.5m this year, a 4m market cap looks extraordinarily cheap. However, the firm's free share giveaway to customers regularly dilutes any holding.

Anyone looked into this little fish?

Into profit since 2001 and director dealing in the buy department are the latest news.

windys160 - 14 Oct 2004 16:47 - 33 of 40

were do you think the price will go now that they will be offering a cash alternative for points rather than just shares, could we see it reach a penny or would that hoping for to much?

smelgy - 17 Oct 2004 20:09 - 34 of 40

107606 - 18 Oct 2004 16:58 - 35 of 40

Will the AGM on wednesday have any effect on the price? I see there has been a healthy rise today of 16%+, but will this continue into tomorrow and wednesday. Seeing as you were spot on with the 35p prediction for today smelgy, I would appreciate some input!

windys160 - 20 Oct 2004 21:30 - 36 of 40

please help have i read the agm statement wrong or are they going to do a 100 - 1 consolidation of the shares? or are the just consolidating the shares that they have?

windys160 - 25 Oct 2004 08:13 - 37 of 40
