Socrates - 04 Mar 2004 17:04 - 30 of 151

I am quite content that the price has not jumped, a slow deliberate climb is much more meaniningful. As long as it appears on the constant gainers lists it will get more and better visibility in the markets.

thesaurus - 04 Mar 2004 19:42 - 31 of 151

Is there any chance of this firm going into adminstration or the shares being suspended etc

ajren - 05 Mar 2004 10:39 - 32 of 151

Socrates :-

I agree except in so far as I think the rise should be greater than .03 - Today
it is still .50 despite 4 M Volume.

Thesaurus :-
I think there is no chance.Do you think there might be ?

windys160 - 05 Mar 2004 15:48 - 34 of 151

does anyone know when the results will be released for this company ?

Oakapples142 - 05 Mar 2004 16:23 - 35 of 151

At last some movement and its up (by 5%)

ajren should be pleased. Great way to finish the week provided it can hold on for 10 mins.

thesaurus - 05 Mar 2004 17:41 - 36 of 151

This share has alot of potential and its slowly increasing without anybody really noticing. The biggest moves will come when a rumour of an acquistion comes about. I can see this happening within 3month period, it is making agressive moves.

One to watch

Oakapples142 - 06 Mar 2004 09:09 - 37 of 151

Agreed - What do you make of the current 25% spread. An ask of 60p would appear off putting to the average punter. Could there be a hidden agenda?

Socrates - 06 Mar 2004 09:36 - 38 of 151

Oakapples142
I think you have your prices a little out. The ask is currently 0.6p, if it really was 60p I'd be off to the Bahamas for the winter.

kandrews250 - 06 Mar 2004 17:12 - 39 of 151

I can not make my mind up with this one, the change of the top boys and the questions of will it or wont it fold have made me a little nervy, but it is gaining ground and I am tempted. I wonder what the price will do if an aquisition takes place? If it wasn't for the 40% tax I would have to pay I might take a punt, will watch and when the CGT zeros will probably enter. Just my luck it will jump more than 40% by then. Good luck to all who are in.

Oakapples142 - 07 Mar 2004 12:17 - 40 of 151

Thanks Socrates my yacht pitched from the wash of a Cruise ship while I was using my laptop

moneyplus - 07 Mar 2004 15:15 - 41 of 151

Oakapples--thanks for a glimpse of your difficult life! It certainly cheers me up on this BB--even though I've lost money on this share up to now. Maybe I'll make it back with patience!!

ajren - 08 Mar 2004 11:40 - 42 of 151

BIG players are involved in this company and great management now + good property market and huge consumer spending should ensure this company will be
one of the winners in the Property Premier league. Also, diversification within
the property market should greatly limit any future negative news in any one
particular sector e.g.if downturn in consumer spending causes shopping centre
problems will be offset by investmensts in,for example, property management. Also,
the Crewe deal is very shrewd. What do posters think of this opinion, etc ?

Read a very optimistic article about cater bernard. It reckons its one of these shares which will rocket, like many penny shares in the past. I am going to increase my involvement. Has anybody else got any views.

ajren - 09 Mar 2004 11:29 - 44 of 151

Please tell me how I / posters can see the article.
