I thought you said they were as cheap as chips. Your mindset is not being altered by our views is it. DYOR and stick to your own thoughts, works most of the time for me.

StormCaller, Sorry been out for a couple of days, some trying to learn more about trading.
Oily car? Very appropriate as the power steering fluid pipe just broke - 300 quid!!!! Told him I had a spare pipe from my old washing machine but he wouldnt use it. Think I should get shares in car parts!!
Love oily shares although Tullow may have changed my view, will wait and see. Diamonds and gems ummmm, PCI & PDL done me a treat. Will prob go back in to PCI.

Have to confess to selling mine today @ 2.2 as my (small) profit was about to be wiped out. Seen to many that I thought were too good to not continue holding fall into a loss from a profit, so sorry folks. Might be back later if they fall further.

Amberjane,
Surely you can't count yourself a true oil freak unless you lost a bundle on BULA like me, can't do stones all that digging makes me feel so tired. Coincidentally my wheels recently burst a pipe on the auto' box depositing it's very expensive contents all over my brother's drive. Fortunately warranty and a Vulcan death grip on the service manager dealt with the bill.
Hope yours is sorted ok, can't abide unreliable motors.
Wary on FTO, just severely punctured it's recent support, I hold but I'm worried.

I'm not counting myself as any sort of freak, oily or not!!!(not one I'd admit to on here anyway)
Not lost so far, beginers luck - although depends on Tullow.
Cars OK now but had lain unloved on the drive for 8 months (since leaving job) and needed cranking up, unfortunately parts had perished, as you find with anything ageing (opps getting too depressing here.)Managed to drop my oil all over the entrance to the private road, but it didnt upset the neighbours as much as when on 1st April I put a large 'breakers yard opening soon' board in the front garden! They're a snooty lot down here and couldnt resist. Ha Ha. What are your wheels and whats a Warranty? (only kidin)
Why do you still hold if your worried?? Better to get out than sink?

Amberjane,
In no particular order as I am old and, I think, probably perished.
I tend to hold rubbish, ie penny stocks etc, so worried is about the best it ever gets, but I like to play in that area because there is a perverse pleasure in seeing a 0.5p price movement change your entire economic status. With reference to FTO, comment is short term, I still believe medium term is good, China play and all that, but I am not convinced delayed results and unconfirmed Blue Sky deal shake out is finished, weekend press may be interesting, next week will give guidance and possibly buying opportunity. Car is Jaguar XJ, my only, and rapidly depreciating, asset, warranty is an item that should contain a handbook on the Vulcan death grip.

Not owned a Jag yet but been looking at the XK, just gotta wait for the shares to come in ...and come in... and come in! Failing that I could always look at an old oily one to suit!
Agree on penny shares they've done well for me, bought telewest .8 sold 2.8 (if only I'd had more to start could have got the car) and Danka business 12p sold 36p, back in at 40p and still hold. Cybit not so good but still hold.
2k for next week so will be eagerly waiting to pounce somewhere....gotta get it right, as we all say. ..enjoy the rest of the break

has everyone lost interest in this company ? now that the price is falling, will you all come back when the price starts to rise again or do you all believe that it has peaked for now and took your money and run? leaving some of us in the dark has to what is happening with this company now, would be grateful for at least some feedback. :-( cheers windy

People are like sheep and profit taking was strong. Expect a strong bounce back, afterall the RNS is to come...
It cant keep moving up and up, there are always strong profit taking sessions and today was one of them. Blame the yanks !

EEN looks like a winner!
http://orc.pennnet.com/Articles/Article_Display.cfm?Section=Articles&ARTICLE_ID=114925
- Upper Magdalena Valley. Emerald Energy plc`s Gigante 1A well on the Matambo contract area tested three intervals. The two deepest intervals flowed formation water and small amounts of heavy oil. The shallowest interval, at 15,372-15,430 ft, flowed 2,250 b/d of 33.1 gravity oil and 950 Mcfd of gas on an 80/64 in. choke. Emerald said later engineering studies indicated that the Tetuan reservoir could flow an unrestricted 6,000-8,500 b/d on reconfiguration of the well.
Now if an RNS were to confirm this EEN share holders would be sitting VERY pretty.
