Maintenance: Site downtime Friday 6th August @ 23:45.

TullettJ (MoneyAM) - 05 Aug 2004 13:18

Hello.

Since the switch over we have had a few teething issues, so to save you reading all the posts on this thread, ill list the ones that have been found, and when they have been fixed, cross them out. If things are not working despite being 'fixed', ill put them back on the list.

MoneyAM Website
Closing bid/offer prices skewed
Charts: OHLC not being saved, breaking candle sticks.
Market Scan issues.

If there is any that I have missed, please let us know.

Think this way, people will have to appreciate exactly how much work you guys have had to do over the last couple of days. keep up the good work guys, and hopefully everything will be back to normal in no time.

it will be fixed to work on MS VM, but not for a few days...

GRAEME.ALEXANDER - 12 Aug 2004 09:11 - 302 of 616

TullettJ,
In portfolio the prices are correct but the change is a running total from sometime earlier in the week. Not the most urgent but a nice conveience.
thanks Graeme.

Kayak - 12 Aug 2004 09:12 - 303 of 616

It's still a bug until it's fixed...

Stockwatch has just dissapeared.Hang on its just come back.

TullettJ (MoneyAM) - 12 Aug 2004 09:52 - 305 of 616

Kayak,

Its a bug with a published viable workaround. It *will* be looked at, but not until some of the other issues have been resolved.

However to appease you I shall put it on the list above :)

Graeme.Alexander,
This will show correct figures from tomorrow.

Tullett J thanks for your reply 279 I feel that at least there should be wording"FTSE Delayed By 15mins"there could be those that do not know the history of this matter and base decisions on an inaccurate figure. In the main I feel that the service provided is very good, but this matter could be very misleading.
Regards.
Another matter regarding trades these should not be taken as gospel,I monitored three seperate trades 5 mins both sides of my actual trade time, none of these showed on your trades screen.

TullettJ (MoneyAM) - 12 Aug 2004 10:24 - 308 of 616

torquay,
It is being addressed today, and email went out to the developers requesting that exact change (nearly word perfect too)
