still sitting about even short $/Yen from earlier with widish stop

shud of held my chf had right idea got out far to soon and missed the turn..

since that 9:30 spike its been slow

yep thats what threw me jeff got side tracked with cable nad took my eye of chf which was my original trading idea...

No more data out today. Id close of and wait till next week. Which I have done.

well jeff, its not hard and fast but i know a couple of ex ubs guys got a small fund they pointed it out to me and it does seem to follow did last fri and b4 that,and we no figs out so shud make it easy tospot they normally trade in the same way as previos weeks trend .
may be worth just watchin jm,
i wanted to be long usd chf was first thing but got out as ive prev said...
just watch it c it it happens again...
think usd yen eurusd and dlr chf is where it shows up... best

Looking at the charts the week shows
GBP/USD flat
EUR/USD Down
USD/JPY UP
USD/CHF UP
EUR/GBP DOWN

yep ok just follow ,it prob will do bugger all,i sat in thee office b4 xmas and they told me ..@ 2.30 where everything would be @ 4 and they where on the whole right ,direction wise not exact prices.......


yep cable retail sales have buggerd that or i would put that as up, in fact i wud go with up for cable..

Just checked the last four weeks (hourly chart) on USD/Yen and the weekly trend has reversed at each weekend. So w/c Dec 24 down, low Fri pm, Jan 3 up, high Fri pm; w/c Jan 10 down, low Fri pm; this week rising, currently near high. Interesting pattern which suggests the trend next week will be down from Monday morning. Have I read it correctly?

Dipped my toes into the water again for +30 on a cable long. Probably closed too early, but pleased with the profit. Very small positions at the moment!

well done helen, dont worry about the size just get a feel for it ..increase ur size when u feel comfy..its not a race...:)

Sorry to be behind the times, but what exactly does mrk stand for? Presumably MACD/??
