Please report bugs and enhancements (BUGS)

andy.lovell - 04 Nov 2002 11:26

If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!

Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.

The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.

This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)

If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

daz,

Is this on the live stream or on the static version?

Ian

Ian
are all your trade boxes grey in the terminal? I have been unable to show the trades all afternoon

Kayak - 23 Dec 2004 16:01 - 2926 of 7315

There seems to be a formatting problem on the futures page, the times on the right are covered by the box.

IanT(MoneyAM) - 23 Dec 2004 16:01 - 2927 of 7315

Jules,

I will check this out

Jules,

I have just taken a look and it came up fine for me - took a little longer than normal which may be related to earlier, which I will get JT to take a look at. Can you close it down and then try to open it again and leave it for a little while to see if it populates?

If not plese drop me a mail ian@moneyam.com

Chaps,
I've obviously screwed up somewhere, I have 2 watchlists which I cannot delete,
(50M+ & TEST50+)
Firstly, can you remove them for me, secondly, from the curiosity aspect, and to avoid the problem again, is it the "+" element in the name that has caused this glitch??

IanT(MoneyAM) - 04 Jan 2005 12:07 - 2936 of 7315

SC,

I will get JT to take them out - I have spoken to JT and he says that the + is unlikely to have caused this, but we will get them removed and i will let you know.

Ian

STORMCALLER - 04 Jan 2005 12:11 - 2937 of 7315

Ian T
Thank you, it was just a guess about the plus sign, empirically based as they are the only ones where I have used that in the name, and the only ones I haven't been able to remove.
